I'm enjoying being able to meet new people, learn business acumen, and just different styles of leadership to add to my skillset. I'm continuing to figure out ways to become a better professional, as well as more efficient leader and usage of my time. Its been a great experience. The connections is what I look forward to next being able to establish life-long relationships.

I’ve had a great experience so far! This is a wonderful community I’ve only been a part of for a short time, but I have already learned so much!

I enjoy the structure of the orientation. It doesn't feel overwhelming and the videos were enjoyable to watch. The only thing I would like to see it what comes after the orientation. Theres not a lot of information on how to work through the app or what comes after.

It’s beneficial for anyone who is looking for a pivot in their career and direction.

I’m quite timid on camera, but the meetings encouraged me to speak and take initiative in achieving my SMART goals. The meetings also served as a reminder that setting specific goals ensures that I stay disciplined.

Everything I have experienced so far has been great! I look forward to more in the future.

My experience with the NSLS was incredibly valuable. One of the things I appreciated most was that it never felt like the experience simply ended once I completed the program. There is always an open door to continue learning, connect with alumni, and receive advice and support as you move forward.

I’ll be honest, the group-work portion was frustrating for me at first. Being pushed to find and work with a group was definitely outside my comfort zone. But once I found the right group, everything clicked, and we were able to accomplish a lot together. Looking back, even that challenging part of the experience taught me something.

I genuinely credit the NSLS with helping me build the confidence and leadership skills that helped me earn my current management position. More importantly, it gave me the confidence to stop thinking of bigger goals as things I might do someday and actually start moving toward them.

I’m very grateful for my experience and for the continued opportunities and support available even after completing the program.

My experience with the National Society of Leadership and Success has been a meaningful part of my college journey. Being recognized for my academic achievements and invited to become a member has encouraged me to continue working toward my goals and growing as a leader.
As someone who is balancing college, work, and family responsibilities, I appreciate being part of an organization that emphasizes leadership, personal development, and success. The induction process gave me the opportunity to reflect on my accomplishments and the kind of leader I want to become.

The NSLS makes you feel welcomed . I called on the phone because I needed help and they are always polite and super helpful. They treat you like family. I appreciate everything that I gained from the NSLS and I hope others join because they are amazing !

My experience with The National Society of Leadership and Success has been very positive. The program helped me become more intentional about setting goals, developing leadership skills, and holding myself accountable for my progress.

I especially appreciated the SNT meetings because they gave me an opportunity to reflect on my goals, create action steps, and learn from others. Freda was supportive throughout the experience, and I’m grateful for the encouragement and guidance I received.
