Unfortunately a bad experience with product and customer services. I bought some incense cones and three car air fresheners. The cones were presents as were two of the fresheners.
The other was for me. I had already posted the three items to family in Ireland as part of a Christmas stocking when I tried mine. My initial thought was very strong and more chemical than expected, not pleasant but with these type things not entirely unusual. My friend and I set off for a day out. Unbeknown to each other for after about an hour we had both developed headaches. When we spoke we both thought unusual, then it suddenly clicked that the smell in the car was not ok. We couldn’t throw it out the window as we were on the Motorway but stopped as soon as we could and did so. I contacted Nuhr and told family to dispose of the gifts without opening the packets or tin on Christmas Day. Nuhrs reply was a defensive one. I emailed again, and they suggested I return, the items are now today like my one, in bins. I have no desire to get my family to post back. I’m disappointed about the product, the loss of money but the response has been the worst I’ve had.

Although delivery was quick I was disappointed with the smoke smell rather than fragrance. This was the Oud and Amber fragrance. If I’d read the reviews on trust pilot I wouldn’t have bought these cones . Lesson learned.

Great service and an amazing product would definitely recommend it to others...the Mango oud cones are amazing and the aroma..it's unique..a must try..

The smells are amazing with Oud and Rose my absolute favourite, the delivery is very quick and well packed have purchased 3 times now and will get more when needed

Do not buy. Scammers. To begin with there’s a very strong horrible smell, gave me nose irritation and a migraine. Then when it’s gone, nothing, there is no nice smell start to end. Got in touch with them, no response.

These little cones are in my opinion fabulous, the whole house smells wonderful and unlike other more expensive cones they dont burn down in seconds..

Fast delivery even during Xmas period. Smell lasts for ages. Can still smell it the day after. Haramain is my favourite so far.
I use the cones, started with starter set and just ordered 2 tubs.

They sent me items which leaked. When I contacted them they went radio silent . Not received replacement or communication. Scammers don’t buy

I ordered two tins of the mango and oud cones and was so excited when my parcel arrived and lit a cone straightaway. I didn’t get anything other than a smoke smell. My children came home from school and asked what that awful smell was. Well that wasn’t the idea was it! It’s now 6 and a hours later and my house still smells of bonfire and burnt wood there is no sweet mango and definitely no oud. It’s awful. Totally gutted to have wasted the money.

Terrible smelling products do not buy. Spent quite a bit got starter pack with 4 different scents fir oud cones. All horrible so disappointed and yet they keep emailing continously. Never again
Disgusting smelling products and not sealed properly.

Waste of £37. Smells disgusting. Nothing like oud smell, I've been to Dubai so I know what it should smell like. Don't waste your money.

I was so looking forward to receiving the starter pack which looked lovely. I was soon to be very disappointed. I tried all fragrances thinking there must be a faulty batch but in fact, they were all the same. On opening the separate packs, the smell was lovely but it was a different story when I lit the cones. Each and every one made my house smell like a bonfire. I thought it was just me but when I lit another cone to see what my granddaughter thought and she agreed with me. I have absolutely no idea why there are so many good reviews. I can only guess that they all love the smell of burning wood. Lesson learnt.

I bought four different bakhoor cones from Nuhr after seeing all the good reviews, but I’m honestly very disappointed. The cones had barely any smell, and the little scent they did have was exactly the same across all four.

Don’t fall for the good reviews the actual product does not match the hype at all. I feel misled, and the quality is nowhere near what people are praising.

Overall, I’m not happy with my purchase. Don’t waste your money

I placed the order and it has been received and they smell amazing but I am so disappointed that that you have reduced the price by £17 for Black Friday so is there anything that can be done here as I won’t be looking to reorder as I feel that I have been let down at the first hurdle?

Ordered the products as I love ‘oud’ and wanted something more friendly than wax melts.
Sadly I opened each pack instead of trying the 2 x free samples. I’ve burnt 2 x cones so far and been left with what can only be described as an awful smoke smell around the house. The oud smell is non existent and I feel really disappointed in these, especially knowing there is no refund/money back guarantee. Some you win, some you lose I guess - but may as well just thrown £37 out of the window 😤😤😤

Love the fragrance lingers + takes all my cooking smells away

These products are great, slightly more expensive than others but the scents are really good and pervade the whole house.
My second time of ordering and will be using again .

I am sitting in the middle with this one. I bought the cone starter pack, so received a mix of bags and some free cones, aswell as the little glass and metal container to burn them in. Packaged really lovely and the scents smell amazing in the packaging. I'm not sure if I am doing it right but each one just fills the room and surrounding area with so much smoke, I leave it for a few minutes then have to place it in my garage as its too overpowering. There is a slight linger of the scent and it does take away the cooking smell but the smoky smell is not what I expected. Its too much for my senses and our pets, it almost gives me a heady headache after. I now have a lot of cones to get through but not sure if I will use them again. Maybe in the summer when more windows and doors are open?
