Wrong items were sent. When I raised the issue with customer service, I did not receive a response. I did receive an email to rate the service, but a warning is that if you click a negative response from the email, you get forwarded to a feedback webform - only if you select a positive, do you get forwarded to a review site, which might explain the volume of positive reviews Versus negative reviews.

Found on facebook and liked the sophisticated site and products for a reasonable price . Have bought diffusers from another site for the last couple of years but thought I would give this company a try.
Ordered and arrived within the stated timeframe.
I purchased the Oud and Bergamont . The smell is Devine and fragrances the entire living room . Very happy and will be reordering from this company

Excellent in every respect. Products are high quality and beautifully presented. The range of scents across the product range is also comprehensive and allows for plenty of experimentation to find your favourite.
The company itself is also highly responsive and resolves queries efficiently and quickly.
100% recommended. I buy from them over and over again.

The smells are amazing and last a long time. I have the cones upstairs, and when burning, you can smell them from downstairs. Furthermore, the unlit cones can be smelled as soon as I open my bedroom door.
They are that good I have got some for my friend. They are delivered quickly, and I will be ordering more in the future.

I was disappointed. Yes there is a scent to them which is pleasant but it’s the smoke smell it leaves in the house. I lit one in the kitchen whilst tidying up, went upstairs to get ready for the day and my bed clothes stunk of smoke. I had the starter kit, tried all the smells, all do the same thing and leaves a smoky smell to the house

International delivery service is incompetent did not rang bell did not leave message of passage and send mail that order is returned to sender. I will not order any more from this company

I bought the Harmain bakhoor discs back in December and have purposely waited to write a review. As I wanted to try the products properly before I reviewed them. I will try my best to stay objective as I can.

Pro's

The order and delivery process was, seamless. Communication throughout was great.
The packaging smells lovely. Just shows that the contents are great smelling too. I already have a oil burner so just used that to heat the bakhoor. Within minutes the room starts to smell amazing.
Each disc lasts such a long time. The scent lasts even after I stop burning it.

Cons

Quite pricey

I also purchased the same scent essential oil bottle. Also smells just as great.

Amazing products and service. Quite expensive in comparison to other sellers. Would recommend.

Best smell that lasts for ages. I have tried many others, been given expensive gifts of other brands but I keep coming back to Nuhr Rose and Oud. It is the best fragrance that lasts for ages in my home. I always get compliments when people come into my home about this wonderful warming smell.

Smells nice at first then makes the house smell of burnt paper had to open all the windows so will not be buying again I brought Oud Arabia

The delivery was okay but the product not what was expected. Not a nice smell and have gone in the bin. Wont be purchasing again. Hard to light then the smell is like someone is a smoker in the house, burnt smell and comments where what the hell is that. A total waste of money. Cant return as Ive used one.

I recently ordered a starter kit of oud cones as I was curious to see how they fragranced the home, I normally use candles. I can honesty say the fragrances are lovely not too heavy/overpowering and they make my house smell divine which lasts for a couple of days. You can even smell the fragrance before you unpack them.

I was really disappointed with the £37 NUHR starter pack. For a brand positioning itself as “luxury,” the size and overall value simply don’t justify the price point. The product feels far too small for what you’re paying, and it doesn’t deliver the premium experience you’d expect at that cost.

For comparison, Molton Brown offers significantly larger diffusers at a similar price, with exceptional scent quality and longevity. Their products genuinely feel luxurious and live up to their reputation, which is why they’re trusted by high end hotels and even the Royal Household.

Luxury pricing should reflect substance, quality, and value. Unfortunately, NUHR doesn’t meet that standard here, and the pricing feels unjustified for what you actually receive.

SUPERB 🌝 I have used incense for many many years these NUHR incense cones and wax melts are the best with out doubt 🧐 I recommend anyone who uses incense to get them tried come on don’t just read this buy them TODAY trust me you’ll love them ❤️🤍💙

Well i bought recently it looks ok but they sent me a broken home spry bottle I don't think I buy anymore

purchased a NUHR welcome pack of cones. honestly can’t recommend this company/product enough. cone smell last for hours, visitors to my apartment comment on the great aroma. Placed a repeat order, NUHR has great customer service & communication. 10/10

Very bad customer service, dont buy from this company, they are unprofessional.

The item arrived damaged and seemed like it was already used I returned it to them and was told the item was in perfect working condition and they wanted to charge me to return the item back to me,
The item was missing three of the 5ml oils which was meant to come with it so seemed like a previous return
Very dissapointed had to take it up with my bank to get my money back
Please avoid for your own good
