NUHR I absolutely adore the products ,,, there wax Melts woow the hole house smells amazing , and the bricks 🧱 and oils I’m totally obsessed, the first thing I do when I get up in the morning is put my burner on , get my mindset ready for the day , the rose 🌹 OUD Amber OUD ,, is my favourite, but I tried a new one today that Dubai bricks omg oh my ,,, smell absolutely gorgeous ,, I’ve never use any other brand now. I’ve tried so many brands and NUHR blow the rest at the window. , and the customer service are so very helpful I would highly recommend these to anybody definitely 5 star 🌟 from me 👌🏼🧱🤎

What a product! Amazing.... My house smells like a luxury hotel in Dubai (no jokes). You wouldn't want your home smelling any other way. The Rose and Oud oil is awesome 👌

Love my home to smell amazing, an while burning this product gives of a pleasant scent (as well as quite a bit of smoke), the reason I gave this 1 star is the pungent stale pub smell it leaves behind once it burns out an for days after. Please don't be fooled by this product..

This is the rude message the wrote to me on email . Absolutely terrible customer service so unprofessional!!

Sent me a faulty diffuser back after I paid shipping charges refuses to take ANY responsibility even after I sent evidence . This company should’ve banned . Will be reporting to trade standards .

Thought these would be great so bought starter pack about £30. followed instructions exactly. Tried about 4 ever time I used them myself and my kids thought something was on fire they are to smoky. Ended up putting them in the bin. Would save your money and buy a candle.

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Nuhr.

I was sent a faulty product, and instead of resolving the issue properly, I was asked to pay for the postage to return an item that arrived damaged in the first place. After ongoing back-and-forth, they sent the same product back to me again — this time with oil leaked all over it, which ended up damaging my diffuser as well.

This dispute has now been dragging on for nearly two months, and they are still refusing to issue my refund while continuing to ask me to cover postage costs. As a customer, I find this completely unacceptable. When a company sends out defective goods, the responsibility to fix the issue should not fall on the customer.

Very frustrating experience and poor customer service throughout.

I am not an incense guy, now I am with your product. How do I get top up when I run out

The burners are absolutely amazing. I managed to get rid of the cooking smell within the burning time (20 mins). Normally a candle would have to burn for a few hours.

Bought the starter pack- love all of them but I think my favourite is the rose and oud so far. Will definitely get some more in sha Allah ❤️❤️

Nothing bad to say about this company. Products are excellent. The cones scent the whole house for some time. Delivery was speedy even to Northern Ireland. Will definitely use again.

Disappointed with the service. I had visual proof to support what I’m about to say yet I’ve been ignored and told “well Royal Mail have confirmed” I’ve paid for the ramadhan special offer set. Was super excited to gift this to my friend for house warming. I received an email saying it’s delivered, when I checked the picture Royal Mail have left. It wasn’t my doorway? It wasn’t my garden? It wasn’t my house full stop. They’ve dropped it off to someone else and have claimed they’ve dropped it to me. When I’ve taken this up with Nuhr and told them I have cctv footage and ring door bell footage to show NO one entered my property or left a parcel on the day it said its delivered. I was just ignored and basically being told it is what it is. Money holds value differently to different people. And this waste of money was hurtful to me, your service regarding this was worse

Order arrived extremely quickly.
One of the mini pots had broken in transit, I emailed Customer Service and a replacement was sent out immediately.
I love the scents and I am yet to try them all.
I am very impressed and would recommend.

Really lovely product. We use the cones and find them excellent. They are very long lasting on the scent stakes!

Oder came packaged immaculately. We usually like very strong, overpowering fragrances at home but these are subtle, very pleasant and long lasting. Very pleasantly surprised with this and will be sure to order again soon.

Wrong items were sent. When I raised the issue with customer service, I did not receive a response. I did receive an email to rate the service, but a warning is that if you click a negative response from the email, you get forwarded to a feedback webform - only if you select a positive, do you get forwarded to a review site, which might explain the volume of positive reviews Versus negative reviews.
