At Nu Image Medical, we partner with licensed, state-compliant pharmacies to fulfill and ship prescriptions (please note that Nu Image Medical is a telehealth provider and does not directly ship medications ourselves). Every package is documented with full images and video of the filling and packing process to ensure accuracy and transparency. If there’s any discrepancy with what was received, we encourage reaching out directly to the pharmacy team—they can provide copies of that documentation for your review.
Our policy requires that any issues with damaged, missing, or incorrect items in a shipment be reported within 48 hours of delivery receipt. This strict timeframe (shorter than the 7-day window in some cases) is in place to help prevent fraud, abuse, or misuse of prescription medications like GLP-1s, while still allowing reasonable time to inspect upon arrival.
