Really happy with my purchase. The delivery was super quick, which I wasn’t expecting, so that was a nice surprise.
I also had a question before buying and the customer service team were great, they got back to me quickly and were really helpful and friendly, which made a big difference.
All in all, a really smooth experience from start to finish. Would definitely order from them again and recommend to others.

Aura Grey Parasol
I recently bought the Aura Grey parasol and I’m really pleased with it. It feels very premium and well made, and the base is sturdy enough that I don’t worry about it moving even on slightly windy days. I like that it can be rotated as the sun moves.
Delivery was quick and the service was great, which made the whole experience even better. I also can’t believe how quickly the fabric dries after a bit of rain, which is really handy in the UK.
It looks great in the garden, very modern and stylish. I would definitely recommend it if you want something durable and high quality.

Kepler single sofa
I can’t rate this company highly enough from their products to their amazing customer service!! I recently bought their Kepler single sofa after seeing it advertised on Facebook!! It’s stunning - so comfortable and it dries so quickly after a downpour!! I was a bit sceptical at first that it would live up to the claims but it dries in no time!! 😃😃.

It is completely understandable to be a bit skeptical about weather-resistance claims—we know the "dry in no time" promise sounds bold! We are so glad that our Quick-Dry technology proved itself during those downpours. There really is nothing better than being able to get back to your coffee on the sofa just minutes after the rain stops.
We truly appreciate the shout-out for our customer service team, too. As a direct-to-consumer brand, we love dealing with our customers personally, so hearing that you had an amazing experience from the Facebook ad to the final delivery means the world to us.
Excellent Company
I bought my furniture in the winter sale so decided to wait to do a review. The furniture is now all assembled and in situ. The assembly was really easy with everything you need in the bag. The chairs and footstools look great and are of excellent quality and very comfortable. The company itself was easy to deal with and I would recommend. My 1* reduction relates to the delivery only. I was advised that they would notify me approximately an hour before delivery. This did not happen which caused some issues regarding the movement of the product left on the drive. One of the pallets was owned by a company which I could not dispose of so telephone calls to the owner eventually sorted this out. Overall I am very pleased.

Regarding your feedback on the delivery—we sincerely apologize for the lack of communication from the courier. We know how important that "one-hour heads-up" is, especially when it comes to moving larger pallets off a driveway. We also appreciate your patience in resolving the pallet collection; while we aim for a seamless "Direct-to-Consumer" experience, it’s clear the delivery fell short of our usual standards in this instance.
We have taken your comments on board and will be addressing this directly with our logistics partners to ensure their notification system and pallet management are more reliable for future customers.

Very highly recommend
We are local to the brand new warehouse and went to see the range, were were talked through the differences and actually choose a different range than we thought.
Styles are personal preference but choose the one most comfortable for us. I am taller so needed something with a higher back.
Having the expertise of team to help guide the choice was really appreciated.
The guys arranged a suitable delivery and the funiture comes exceptionally well packaged.
A very slight issue was sorted first call and a replacement part arrived the very next day.
The funiture looks stunning on our patio exceptionally happy with it. The build quality is very solid and I could not recommend the firm, staff, service and products more highly.
Will also be thinking about other parts as the garden progresses such as the umbrellas and pergolas.
I always love to find fault but I really could not fault this company or thier service and products.

First class service from the team. I made a mistake with the order and they went out of their way to sort it, suggest a better option that was in stock and delivery was within 2 days. Lunar range is very good quality, came well packaged and easy to put together. Cannot recommend highly enough

The assembly could be much improved. The frames don’t all align and the Allen key bolts are poor quality.

Regarding your experience with assembly, we are sorry to hear you found this challenging. This is unusual feedback for our collections, as we pride ourselves on precision engineering.
As noted in the assembly instructions, we always recommend that all bolts remain loosely fitted during the initial stages. This allows the frames the necessary flex to align perfectly before the final tightening. When bolts are tightened prematurely, it can pull the frame out of alignment, making the remaining points difficult to reach.
We use high-grade fixings to match our heavy-duty frames, but we will certainly pass your comments regarding the bolts to our quality control team for review.
If you require any further assistance or if there is anything we can do to help you finalize your setup, please do not hesitate to contact our team directly.

I am absolutely thrilled with my new Bellaire garden sofa set! While the initial ordering process had a few bumps, the customer service I received from Val McCarthy was truly world-class and turned the entire experience into a resounding 5-star success.
Initially, I received the wrong size footstools and decided to exchange the coffee table for a smaller model. Val immediately handled the swap and organized the collection. When the replacement table arrived with a defect, Val didn't hesitate—they instantly arranged for another replacement and collection, ensuring a new one was sent out right away.
Eventually, I opted for a full return and refund on the table, which Val processed without issue, while also ensuring the correct footstools were finally delivered. The entire process involved a lot of 'back and forth,' but Val's patience, dedication, and proactive communication were well above and beyond anything I expected. They were always responsive and provided solutions at every step. I highly recommend Numa Style, not just for their beautiful products, but for their commitment to making things right, exemplified perfectly by Val's excellent customer service.

We were so impressed with our purchasing of the Vermont 4ft 120cm Frosted White Pre Lit Christmas Tree with 120 LED Lights. Great quality product was delivered well packaged and in a timely manner. Artificial tree but real quality
We purchased a Kendall 7ft 210cm Premium Christmas Tree just before Christmas in the sale (50% off) and it was an absolute bargain. We already had a real tree for 2025 but we were fed up that it had already started to droop. The new tree is for Christmas 2026. We assembled it to check all was OK and it looks great. Very pleased with it and looks realistic.
Oh and delivery was just 2 days!!
