does what it says. no dramas. no itch between hairs coming back in. have bought a few times now.

Cant get into minuses but this stuff is utter shite. Put it on as many times as you want, it wont work.
Giving whats left of mine to Trading Standards to get it checked cos I suspect its a scam.
Dont waste your money on this crap.
Use Veet. Smells the same but it works.

2 weeks after order, no contact, no delivery, no details in the ‘shop’ app I had to download. No contact to 3 plus emails, absolutely awful company. Do not buy!!

Avoid purchasing this product. It doesn’t work and there is no money back guarantee. Emailed the company requesting a refund and received a response questioning why. When I responded stating the product did not work after several attempts, radio silence. The positive reviews are definitely fake

Has been 2 weeks now since placing my order, it was shipped on the 16/02/26, when it noticed it hadn’t updated by the 19/02/26 I contacted the company and was told that it was sent with a courier they don’t use anymore so therefore hadn’t even been collected from them. They offered to ship a replacement out with Royal Mail express on the 23/02/26 but nothing has been sent and they are now not replying to any emails. Will be reversing the payment with my bank this week. Wouldn’t recommend ordering from here, extremely unprofessional customer service and obviously no respect for their customers.

Ordered the cream and mitt. Only received the cream. Have sent multiple emails to their CSD and no reply at all.

Absolute rubbish I tried bare nuts and bare butt and neither worked total waste of money and they deleted my review off the website

Avoid!!! Thought I would give this product ago but wish I had stuck to veet! The cream burns and leaves so much irritation! I thought I was on fire. Moisturiser and talc are no better, just seem to irritate more. I will stick to what I know.
Very expensive and a marketing gimmick for a cream that doesn’t remove hair very well, burns and irritates the skin.

Great product worked really well to remove hair on intimate area, balls and shaft. It's a good idea to trim your pubes first as you need to put a thick amount of cream on. All in all very impressed

Ordered it to try from the USA site (where I am). Never actually received the product. They emailed me a few days after I ordered and said they were out of a product and offered me a refund or exchange. I took the exchange but never heard back. So I emailed them for a few days and got back a response that essentially said that I missed their email (the one I responded to) and they gave me the same offer. Brushed it off as a clerical error, happens to the best of us. Took the same option. Then they told me they couldn't ship my order at the same time unless I wanted to wait longer due to a warehouse switch or something. I told them separate shipments were fine. Never heard from them again and Ive sent about 4 emails since asking for a status update. Nothing.

It has been over a month since I spend $300 there and still have not received my order. Not sure I ever will. Don't waste your money or start off with the cheapest possible order.

Wish I had seen the trust pilot review's before I had purchased. I'm now suffering terrible burns just hours before I leave for my overseas holiday. The review's on their website must be bot review's or fake.
I just wanted a product that was gentle for a sensitive area and I feel swindled by the website's review's. Not to mention it cost me over $80.

Before buying I messaged the team to find out about the ingredients in both the barenuts and barebutt hair removal cream as I've had issues using other hair removal products in the past. Found them to be very responsive and helpful in putting my mind at ease. Tried both products and results were exactly as described - smooth and no adverse skin reaction! Very impressed!! Will buy again and will probably buy some of their other items too!!

I saw a negative review on a Veet product saying "not as good as barenuts" so went to their website and was tempted to buy. Don't be! It's slick marketing and a rubbish product. Barenuts burns the skin and doesn't remove hairs. God knows what they put in there but it is a thoroughly unpleasant experience. Other hair removal creams are cheaper and far more effective, without any burning or weird stinging reaction that barenuts has when mixed with water.

I bought Nutcare and frankly a bit disappointed in the product. You need to use quite a bit of cream to remove the hair and even then not 100% effective

I placed an order with this company, however realised I made an error. I emailed within minutes to cancel the order. I received no response, and the order was despatched. I then emailed again - no response. When Royal Mail tried to deliver I requested the order be returned to sender, which they did, and emailed again to request a refund - again no response. The company have no phone number, but email addresses in the USA and Australia as well as the UK. I emailed all three requesting assistance - again no response. There is something seriously off about this company, I would suspect they are running some type of scam. DO NOT USE.

Have bought both Barenuts and barebutt what a load of rubbish and a waste of a lot of money. Ended up using @Veet and worked instantly. SAVE YOU MONEY AND DONT BUY THIS

10 mins and a lot of cream and boom no hair in sight

my husband suffers quite badly with ingrown hairs in the groin area and he has really sensitive skin so has really struggled with high street shop hair removal creams. As part of his birthday present I got him the game changer bundle, the toiletry bag and the comfy nuts. These products didnt irritate his skin and hes starting to see less ingrown hairs and red bumps. He says the pants are actually comfy. will get him more for xmas.

Helpful service team. Comfynuts boxers living up to their namesake as are my bare nuts for that matter… awesome products
