The products that I did receive are excellent, as was the Customer Service Support from Mandy...The reason for the 3 stars only is because instead of 7 - 12 days delivery as stated, the delivery took 7 weeks & part of my order did not show at all - however that was refunded in a timely manner. My suggestion would be to let customers know if the product is not here in Australia & that it may take some weeks for orders to arrive from other countries.

If I could vote less stars I would. Do not purchase from this website. I ordered a Biotin supplement over a month ago and I’m still waiting for it. There’s no tracking information provided and when enquiring about an eta I keep getting the same automated response. Their website states they are located in Australia however there’s no evidence to support that and when doing further research I find they are located in India. I am now taking this further legally. Don’t waste your money or time.

Not in a million years would I buy from them again. I’m still waiting for my refund for an item that is weeks past delivery and hasn’t moved in 3 weeks from the depot in America. They refuse to refund saying it’s just a delay despite what their policy states. Don’t waste your money or time and shop elsewhere
