I still don’t have my supplement and expected that it was in Australia given you are an Australian company . I now see it is coming from the US and is still in the USA, weeks later.
I find this very misleading as well as the cost which was far higher than I realised

ordered on 12th of March, still haven't received order, waiting for more than a month. After 10 days from the purchase I contacted customer support and only after they shipped my order.

No Communication
Paid $50 for Express Post but, they refused to send it Express, they then refused to refund me until I questioned them about it. After finally being refunded, they refused to answer any of emails. Postage was worse than snail mail, it was marked as “Pending” for 3 days and then asked about this the answer I got was NOTHING. I will never use this company again, they don’t even deserve a 1 star rating.

Ordered cancelled after 11 days…
Ordered on 6 March based on website representation that my item was in stock. 11 days later I received an email saying my order was cancelled as the item was not in stock. That happens, I guess, but the time period for notifying me of this was excessive.
Won’t be buying from this place again.

Terrible experience
Not an Australian based site despite the .au on website! I was suss as there prices were incredibly high compared to other sites, but it said the item I wanted was in stock so thought would try. Unfortunately found the reviews after had placed order. Terrible decision and I regret. Worst customer service.. they respond with dribble not answering your question, then cease responding altogether. Do not recommend. Who knows if product will arrive or not!

I recently ordered a health supplement online and have been incredibly impressed with the results. Not only did it arrive quickly, but I've also noticed a significant improvement in my overall wellbeing since starting to use it. The effectiveness of this product has exceeded my expectations, and I'm definitely planning to shop here again for my supplement needs. Highly recommend!

Do not recommend.
$330 worth of probiotics left sitting in the sun on a hot day for 8 hours before I could get home to rescue them.
They weren’t packed in any insulating material, so are ruined.
I expect a delivery method that gets the goods to me in good condition.
I had no response to my email about this issue.
Terrible service, cannot recommend.
