Delicious meals prepared by chefs and are easy to hit macros. Fresh, healthy and very delicious!

Honestly, it’s the best meal prep I’ve tried. I’ve had simmer eats n prep kitchen and I can honestly say that Nutrigenic is in a league of its own.

It was all working well until recent website updates clearly weren’t tested properly. If you select a fat loss plan, the first meal behaves as expected, but every meal after that reverts back to full calories. It becomes tedious having to keep reselecting fat loss and rebuilding your choices each time.

The Easter situation didn’t help either. Pausing deliveries for the bank holiday felt like an afterthought, with orders pushed back a week, payments still taken, and overall confusion about delivery schedules. That should have been anticipated and managed far better.

The meals themselves are great, but the website needs a much stronger user experience. It should remember preferences like allergies. I’m allergic to soya, and there’s no proper way to filter this when editing meals, which led to me accidentally ordering something I couldn’t eat because checking each meal individually is impractical.

I started ordering from Nutrigenic when work got hectic, and it’s honestly been a lifesaver. The meals taste fresh and homemade, and I don’t have to think about cooking after a long day. It’s made sticking to healthy eating so much easier.

Meals are great don’t get me wrong. But customer service is absolutely shocking. Not replying to multiple emails over the course of a few weeks. Also it’s awkward cancelling and pausing orders. Really put me off and made me cancel, would not recommend at all. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

I’ve been ordering weekly for a while now and the consistency has been great. Deliveries are always on time and the food quality has been solid every week.

What I like most is that the meals don’t taste overly processed. They remind me of proper home-cooked food. Simple, healthy, and really enjoyable.

Nutrigenic has been a great solution for eating healthier without spending hours cooking. T convenience alone makes it worth it.

You can really taste the quality of the ingredients. The vegetables are fresh, and the proteins are well cooked and flavorful.

After training, it’s nice having something nutritious ready to eat. The meals are filling and give me the energy I need without feeling heavy.

Wow! Everything is just perfect, the variety of selection, the delicious taste, the packaging. I can only recommend them, never be disappointed.

This is my favourite by far and I am enjoying every single meal of it, I would recommend more vegetarian offering as my wife prefer more variations.
