Very quick delivery and price better than anyone else for the quantity. Don't know about the quality yet, although it looks fine, but I haven't used it so that still remains to be seen. Overall, thus far though, they have been recommendable.

Good products, poor company
Good range of products and decent prices but communication is ridiculously poor.
No confirmation emails from order, no shipping updates, no response to messages when items had sent arrived yet and a week on from receiving I've still had no response.
Almost contacted my credit card company to attempt a claim back

We are sorry to hear that you encountered some challenges with your order. Please note that our notification emails are automated and are sent when you place an order and when the item is dispatched. We can confirm that both emails were sent to your Hotmail address, with the last one containing tracking details sent on August 29th at 8:48 PM. If you haven't received them, please check your SPAM folder.
Additionally, from the tracking information, we can see that your order was placed on Sunday, August 27th (which was a Bank Holiday), and it was dispatched the next working day, which was Tuesday, August 29th. The order was delivered on August 31st using the Tracked 48h service, which is within the original estimated delivery window.

Taken payment but not received order
I placed an order online on 25th June. The website claims to dispatch on the next working day, which would be the 26th. However despite claiming delivery is 48hour Royal Mail tracked, I still haven’t received my order or even an email confirming my order has been sent with a tracking number. I emailed nutrizone yesterday and still haven’t had a response.
I won’t be ordering from this company again and would strongly advise anyone else doing so in the future. I’m now out of pocket without any sign of receiving my items.
I was hoping they would have at least responded to my email so leaving a bad review wouldn’t have been necessary, but I don’t want anyone else to end up in the same position as myself.

Fake advertisement
Fake advertisement.
It’s said on their website that if you order within x hours you could get the same day dispatch. However, until now I haven’t got the email of shipment. Also, they refund me without notifying me the lack of products and didn’t contact with me to hear my opinion. 😅

I placed an order over a week ago and I still haven't received an email saying that my order has been dispatched. Looking at the Nutrizone website their shipping and delivery policy states as follows
"All items sold are UK stock and we aim to dispatch our orders on the same day (orders placed before 2pm Monday - Friday) or within 24 hours from the purchase at the latest. Orders placed at weekends or on Bank Holidays are dispatched next working day. As soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse you will be sent an email to confirm that your parcel is on its way."
This doesn't seem to be the case as I am well over that time period already.
I have since emailed with no reply. I have tried using the telephone number which no answers, so after the 5th attempt I left a voicemail with my contact number hoping they would give me a call back. I have also DM'd on their Instagram page with no reply. I wanted to give them time to explain what has happened before I left a negative review but they are obviously not very bothered and would rather just steal my money. I chose Nutrizone as they seemed slightly cheaper than my usual supplier but since being robbed by nutrizone its cost me twice as much because I have had to order with my usual reliable supplier..... I guess that has taught me that cheaper isn't always better!!! I would use Powerbody in future guys
