I placed my first order yesterday and today I received an email informing that the order was cancelled because the item was no longer available. I doubt I will deal with them again. Waste of time.

Our team works hard to ensure that all orders are fulfilled to the best of our abilities, but unfortunately, in this instance, the very last unit of the short-dated clearance product you ordered was found to be damaged during the fulfillment process.
As a result, and due to the lack of a replacement product, we made the decision to cancel the order and issue a full refund to avoid any further disappointment. Such a relief to find a decent company!
I have used a number of unreliable companies for supplements over the years, some of them with a UK website who were not based in the UK and it sometimes took weeks for stuff to arrive, and in some cases, didn't receive orders. So I had relied on Amazon for most things, but needed something that Amazon do not stock. After much googling, I found the Nutrizone website and first of all, was reassured to see they actually had a UK address. I ordered two days ago, received an email confirmation straight away and then later that day, the tracking details. I have just received what I ordered. well packed, long use by dates, reasonable prices, VERY PLEASED, thank you, I will return!

Uważam że to oszuści . Kupiłem na ich stronie 2 suplementy, żadnego potwierdzenia nie odpisują na e-mail, przesyłki brak. Całe szczęście zapłaciłem paypalem i pieniądze są do odzyskania. Unikajcie tej strony!!!!

Sorry to hear you are not happy with the service. Please note, when an order is placed on Friday after 2pm (yours was placed 16/12/2022 at 4.25pm), dispatch takes place the next working day - in this case yesterday (Monday 19/12/2022). As your order was only dispatched yesterday with Royal Mail 48h service, this will be deliver within 2-3 working days as advised when placing order. All dispatch emails are sent automatically once an item is collected and you would have received one yesterday (please check your spam folder) Our contact phone number can be easily found on our website above the top banner of the home page if you wish to talk to someone about your order. I had a few issues with product (due to manufacturing issues). I was a bit upset but nutrizone team was very sympathetic and professional. They arranged for return and refund, and also promised to raise the issue with manufacturer. They dealt with the matter with so much empathy that I feel I need to put this review as a positive experience on this site.

Capsules are twice the size of my previous supplier though and quite hard the swallow, even though they are supposed to be the same amount of product in them.
