Do not order from this company. They have become non-responsive after taking payment, with no indication of the whereabouts of my order.
Placed an order on 13 July 2023 for some timber screws, due to the competitive pricing and good reviews. Payment has already been taken, but I've yet to receive my order, or any indication the my order is being processed, and im unable to get any response via email or phone. The project the timber screws were intended for has now had to be put on hold. Very disappointed and surprised given the good reviews the company has received.
As of 11 Aug 2023, i'm still unable to reach this company for a refund, by email or phone.

Don't use this company…
Two days after I had purchased this product I was sent a message asking for a extra £10 to cover postage even although I had sent a message two days previous asking if there was a postage charge.
When I completed the purchase I was asked for my postcode which showed no charge.
It then took a further 5 days to get a refund as they ignored my messages.
Very poor service.

We take full responsibility for any miscommunication or lack of transparency on our part, and we would like to make things right. Please rest assured that we will be reviewing our processes to ensure that this doesn't happen again in the future.
We do delivery across the hole of England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland with no surcharges however offshore areas such as Guernsey, we do have to request additional postage on lower value, and heavy bulky shipments to help us cover the costs as our couriers surcharge us heavily for this.
Regarding the delay in receiving your refund, we understand how frustrating this can be, and we apologize for any further inconvenience caused. Unfortunately our payment processor can take up to 5 working days to process the money back to your account.
We appreciate your feedback and your willingness to bring this issue to our attention. We take customer satisfaction seriously, and we will do our best to ensure that your concerns are addressed.
