Absolutely appalling service. I ordered a part that never arrived, and when I called to resolve it, the situation escalated beyond belief. Despite my understandable frustration given the urgency, the male call handler responded by swearing at me—completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

To make matters worse, he then cancelled my order without resolving the issue, leaving me scrambling to source the part elsewhere at short notice. This has now put a major project worth over £50,000 on hold and seriously jeopardised my contract.

This level of service is beyond poor—it’s damaging. Avoid this company at all costs.

This was my first order from Sealants and Tools Direct. Just a quick note to say thx to them for their excellent efforts to get my last-minute order collated and shipped to me.
Both people on the phone were great and the shipment arrived next day, well packed and safe.

I placed my first order with this company on Wednesday night, and it was delivered Friday morning, but better yet, it was sent in a very sturdy cardboard box, and the items inside (mainly 600ml sealant foils) were incredibly well packed.
I shopped around and chose this company based on price alone, so the service received was way better than might be expected.

Ordered a hose pipe fitting. The price was very good, it was delivered very quickly and packaged with great care.

On this occasion both, delivery timeframe (incl time before shipping) and costs, are not good and require improvement. Also the prodcut we purchased is above average price.

I contacted Sealants and Tools Direct looking for advice on a sealant for glueing a quartz stone countertop onto a kitchen island I'm building, as well as glueing a sheet of thin MDF. S&TD customer service took the trouble to ask lots of questions on WhatsApp, and request photos of my project, then they gave me perfect advice about what products to use and even sent me links. They were so helpful, so friendly and lovely. They even checked in on me afterwards to make sure I got the products OK. They had no idea of my age, they give this excellent customer service to everybody! I highly recommend this company!

Bought two 5ltr tins of Resiblock sealant,
The price for each can was lower than other sellers but I can see why. When I opened the box both tins must have been packed knowingly that the tins were dented in various places.
It had nothing to do with the delivery company as the box was in one piece and no damage to it.
And I have photos to prove it.
The only good thing is the cans hadn’t leaked.
Won’t be rushing back to order from this company again if that’s the condition of the products they sell and send out to there customers.
