Redirected from another website and mistakenly put details in as thought I was still on previous site. Constant phone calls. 48 in a week so far from them asking for money. Stay away.

SCAM
SCAM. Do not go near this company. I clicked on a notification from a trusted financial website for what was probably a genuine business. Almost immediately I was contacted by phone, when it was suggested that I transfer £200 to the Nuvilon account. They assisted me in setting up a Remitly account to enable this.
I was later contacted by my “assigned advisor”, by which time I had become suspicious. I questioned the nature of the advice they suggested they would offer and they could not give any historical examples of the possible gains I might make or of the costs involved.
At this point I asked why there were no reviews going back further than May 2025. I had a garbled response mentioning change of management, takeovers etc.
When I then stated that I wished to withdraw my interest in the business and receive a refund the adviser suddenly became a salesman encouraging me to stay.
I eventually asked for my refund to be paid to my Revolut account and was told via WhattsApp that “Our financial department is ready to process your funds back to you.”
Eight days, and a few requests, later and NO REFUND.
In the meantime I raised a scam claim with my personal bank who concluded that I had been scammed.
After 8 days of no communication/reply to my messages, within minutes of the Trustpilot review, Nuvilon have been in contact and offered a refund. IN BITCOIN.

ABSOLUTE SCAM, THEY ARE NOT LICENCED BY FCA OR A NOTABLE REGUALOR.
SCAM STAY AWAY, I was unfortunately scammed by clicking on a link on TIKTOK for a martin lewis add, a agent called me and requested I transfer £200 to the Nuvilon account, they didn't do this, they make a Remitly account and took my ID, they then pretend there is money in your Nuvilon account but this is fake. They made another Remitly account in my own name without my knowledge and transfered money to a Singaporean account which they have most likely withdrawn. WHICH TRADING PLAFORM REQUIRES A BANK TO BANK TRANSFER. BE AWARE YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK. SCAMMERS WILL CALL YOU DAILY TO MAKE YOU ADD MONEY TO THIS BOGUS WEBISTE AND STEAL YOUR MONEY. DONT FALL FOR IT.

Well as you can see from my first review.This company or should I say these scammers replied as I said they would to email them to sort the issue.
I have been emailing them for the past month and never get any further.
Keep away and don't fall for this scam.

Hello the telephone conversation was very convincing so j did go ahead with it until my wife got involved and said its a scam after contacting the bank .. sure she was right
( again ) it's a scam so I had to cancel everything and now it's in the fraud squads hands and hope they stop this happening to the vulnerable out there now I have no phone as the wife took it of me ..Also all the reviews in all the countries they give are all exactly the same as each other ..so the got around that to some how !!!!
