I’m a big fan of nuzest clean lean protein although I usually only purchase when there is a promotion as theyre quite pricey.
So keep the 15% + promotions coming!!! 🙏
I have every flavour and rotate them
I make my daily shake with:
1 avocado
1 banana
dessicated coconut or coconut flour
Cinnamon
Nut milk or coconut water
3 large Ice cubes
Spoon of Nut butter
Spoon of Mct oil
I could never be without them as they are my every day breakfast!! 🤍
Thank you nuzest for delivering an easily digestible and indeed very lean and clean product.

Vanilla….
A scoop a day mixed into a smoothie helps with my protein intake which my nutritionist advised was too low. The taste is nice and I appreciate the absence of fillers and rice :)

The Children enjoy this. They like the taste. But I read its one scoop per shake. Its actually 2. And its not as big as I thought it would be. Expensive too. But it is a good way to get fruits and veg into my children.

Quite frequently the protein powder can compactly settle, leaving what looks like a large amount of empty space within the tub - however, the amount of physical protein powder should weigh as advised on the outer of the product tub, for example 225g.
