Wonderful

Had an issue with customs charges and as always Nuzest customer service was great and so quick. Always so appreciative of kindness.

And the protein is top tier and delicious as always!

Really one of the best protein powders!
I have IBS and T1D, the Probiotic Protein Powders and it helped me with my digestion and it didn't infected my blood sugar indeed it helped me stabilize the levels.

My order was stopped by the customs as it is a prohibited product

Unfortunately since Brexit, shipment from non-EU countries are strictly scrutinized. My order of protein powder arrived to Portugal. The shipping company (FedEx or DHL? ) called me and told me they will clear the customs for fee, which I agreed. However, the next day they called me again and told me that the items I ordered was under import restriction and they are not authorized to clear customs for such items. I was told that there may be some fright forwarder who may be able to help me, but they didn’t have any names of the companies I can call. I was told to pick up the goods at the nearest airport in the cargo section. This never happened pre-Brexit when I ordered. I could not be bothered going through the process of finding someone who may be able to do customs clearance for me, and eventually decided to rash FedEx or DHL to return the goods to the sender. Many uk vendors have now set up a warehouse within EU to ship to other EU countries to avoid such trouble. Your customer service has told me that you are in the process of doing it, but it doesn’t look like it’s happening after nearly a year. Nor does your Germany website accepts shipment to other EU countries. I’m wondering why…

Great service and amazing product as always. I have been using Nuzest's vanilla protein shake almost daily for the last couple of years and couldn't be more happy with it :)

Excellent and great tasting

Excellent, I can’t recommend it highly enough. I have serious digestion issues which means all other protein supplements I have tried have caused me digestive upsets and problems, but I have no problems at all with Nuzest, and it also tastes great!

Got products with a 4 month expiry date. Called up and was informed that expiry date doesn’t matter. It can still be used post that.

We are very sorry if there was any confusion around this but we just wanted to clarify that all of our products have a recommended 'best before date' rather than a 'use by date' which means they are perfectly safe for consumption after the date has passed.

I’m disappointed :(

I’m disappointed because I was impressed with the ingredients and it’s what I wanted for the kids . But the powder doesn’t mix very well so it’s all lumpy and you just taste powder and the kids hated the taste,

A protein that I like

Vanilla is my favourite protein taste. I like the product a lot and it is the first protein that does not affect my stomach. There is one thing I noticed when I purchased the chocolate taste. It does not make a lot of foam after shaking it. Vanilla makes a lot of foam when shaking. It does not bother me.

Rich Chocolate is unpalatable & disgustingly sweet

UPDATE 18/02/22

Customer Service have now made contact & offered some advice, some free samples to retry alternative flavours & a refund.

Although i didn’t rate this particular product (too sweet) their resolution to my query/feedback was gratefully received & it is upon this that I have upgraded their one star to four.

Purchased the Rich Chocolate for my son. , as this product is particularly aimed & targeted at children who are fussy eaters & therefore at risk of not consuming enough varied goodness. The product is ridiculously, overly sweet & completely unpalatable. Not only could my child not stand the amount of sweetener in it, but it sent my mouth into a uncomfortable tang!
I first privately messaged, as I’m respectful of any business & unfairly discouraging other consumers. No response. I therefore made a polite query on the sponsored FB post from which prompted me to purchase. Not only was this also ignored but DELETED!!!
This screams unethical business practice & poor customer service. All that was needed was a response to my query/feedback. Therefore my recommendation would be to stay clear from this brand, as should anything go wrong with your purchase once they have your money, they clearly aren’t bothered!!!

Great quality protein

Great quality protein - I have many food intolerances and no problems with this product. Great customer service too - I ordered the wrong flavour and it was easy and quick to arrange an exchange

The delivery was fine but the powders…

The delivery was fine but the powders are absolutely disgusting. Completely bland, un-sweet, and don't taste anything like the flavour they're meant to they just taste of the pea they're made of and 'pea milkshake' is funnily enough not a good flavour. Yes a healthy product is important but so is taste if you want people to actually drink it. A zero sugar milkshake is just stupid.

And I know Nuzest are going to reply saying this is 'very rare feedback' as they have on everybody else's who've said the same thing, but it's not plenty of people on here have said it's gross.
