Nx Gear Avis 72

Waited for my order for a month. Supposedly they only shipped part of my order, but I have a hard time believing that because it never made it to me. Contacted customer service and received no response. I don't think I'll get a solution or a refund from these scammers.

Update: I was surprised when they eventually issued a full refund. No word, explanation, or apology from customer service. Never again!

Took 3 months to turn up, no dummy rounds or carry case, gun is legit though, die cast metal,does cock and release mag etc..tbh wasn't expecting anything after reading reviews

SCAM TOTAL SCAM. it’s been a month with no product. No customer service answering my 9 emails made. And no help getting refund. AVOID AT ALL COST

I would rate -1 if I could. They are thieves. They will take your money and have no further contact. My son saw their scam videos on YouTube and wanted this for part of his Christmas gifts. Ordered months ago and no contact, no shipping info and will not respond. TOTAL SCAM! Stay away from these crooks. I will be reporting them.

Update: This was meant to be a gift for a 10 year old who saw gun replica keychain in Youtube shorts!!! I still have NOT received any of my order (ordered on Oct. 3, 2023), I have requested both a cancelation and a refund, but no product and no refund. Their website tracking shows no order information. As of today, I have sent over 10 correspondences (via their website and email) and I have NOT received a refund! I was totally SCAMMED out of my money ($41.95 USD)!! NxGear (Nx-gear.com) is a group of Scammers out of Calgary Canada. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! This is a total SCAM company! They will take your hard earned money and give you nothing in return! I filed a complaint with my credit card company and received an email from NxGear (the 1 and only response) telling me that they weren't able to refund my money until I closed my credit card claim. The claim was closed and NxGear has ignored all communications, not responded, and still NO refund! Really Sad!! I have filed a SCAM alert with the Better Business Bureau of Canada. Sadly it looks like they keep making youtube shorts!!! Youtube needs to shut these SCAMMERS down!

Scam ....if you already paid dispute charges asap.i still haven't received squat.

I requested a refund about a week after odering because i got some weird generic replies even when I haven't asked anything. I was afraid it will be ignored, but they processed my refund after cancellation in less than 10 working days (they stated it will be refunded in 3-10 working days).
Sadly I can't comment on product quality.

(2nd- update)I want to be careful here and say that they did respond to my email and we will see what happens. If the thing comes thru I will correct this review

Product description is misleading. The 92FS does not cycle rounds, magazine is one piece. Fell apart later. Definitely not worth the price.

Scam, why does YouTube keep their channel/page up .

No one recieved at anytime anything .. people saying they recieved too late or less items they are lying . This is a youtube channel and they have this keychain scamm going on since 7 months. Before they had 1 other item.

As someone who has purchased this product; their videos are fake and they are trying to rob you. The items are made of cheap plastic, no dummy rounds come with the product, and they will avoid you at all costs in order to keep your money. Their ToS state that they will not fulfill any returns. Don't fall for this garbage like I did.

STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS. My order didnt sent also ne reply to mails. Dont burn your money too stay safe
