Ich habe 2 Pistolen und 1 Sack zusätzlicher Patronen bestellt. Die Bestellung wurde in zwei Pakete gesplittet, wovon aber nur eines verschickt wurde.
Der Status des zweiten Pakets war immer auf "Warten auf Versand", bis ich nachgefragt habe. Innert Sekunden wurde der Status dann auf Transit und Erhalten gesetzt.
Am Anfang zeigte sich der Support hilfsbereit und versuchte die Situation zu klären, war zumindest die Aussage. Nun seit 4 weiteren Wochen keine Reaktion mehr.
Passt auf und verschleudert nicht Euer Geld

Ordered at the beginning of August and received nothing by the end of October.
No responses to emails since the beginning of September.

Total SCAM WEBSITE didn't get my order for WEEKS. Contacted the company, they gave me a tracking number that always came up as invalid on their site - which is the only way to track as they don't tell you the company used. When they finally respond - which is once a week - They claimed their site was down. They finally sent one of the 4 things I ordered. Contacted them, they admitted their mistake, said they were sending the remainder of the order & provided another invalid tracking number. I asked for a refund, they stop responding. This has been going on since July. AVOID AT ALL COSTS - TOTAL SCAMMERS

Ordered 3 replica mini guns and only got 2. Reached out for info/refund several times over months and no communication.

Absolutely rubbish. Don’t waste your money. I ordered a Glock 17 replica. It arrived and to say I was disappointed would be a massive understatement. It bore no resemblance to the item that was advertised extremely disappointed, the quality of the item was very poor, only one moving part (the magazine), no dummy rounds, no case, cheap construction materials. We agreed a refund several weeks ago and I’ve received nor heard anything from them despite numerous attempts to contact.

I ordered two Glock replicas. I have received one so far. The one I received works as advertised and the quality is great. Waiting for my second one.

They delayed shipping for month and after I asked for refund they stopped communicating.

I wish I could give zero stars. They do not deserve one. First red flag was that these come from China. Second was the fact that the tracking number was invalid and it took two weeks to get to me. All the while I was trying to get in contact with someone about the order and it takes a week for someone to even get back to you via email. Once I actually received something, it was a completely different item than what was shown on the website. It was a cheap all plastic gun that had no removable parts and no distinctive markings as shown on the website. It came with no bullets like described it would come with. This piece was worth no more the 50 cents. I was utterly shocked. I reached back out via email for them to tell me a week later that I got an older model and that they would send me the correct part right away. It’s been 5 weeks since they said they shipped the item to me. I have yet to get anything through the mail, and they have been stringing me along through emails with no tracking number given. I don’t think I’ll ever get anything in return. I filed a charge back to get my money back. Do not order with this website or with these people. Try to find someone else that makes these and always check reviews for who you are ordering from. I learned my lesson. If for whatever reason by miracle it does come in, I’ll change my review to let people know I actually received the product listed, otherwise my review stands.

I ordered 2 replica gun keychains one was a Glock and one was a 1911 Colt. They had a special deal if you buy two you get a free replica gun keychain into total is 3 The product is durable made out of metal and very cool

Communication with Nx Gear about my order was excellent. Any information I needed, they provided. Hopefully I will order again soon

SCAM listen to your reviews like I should have. China company sending you plastic crap and after contacting them they said I got an older model and they need permission to send what I ordered exactly what you see and nothing after that. ITS A SCAM YOUTUBE AND ALL!!! It comes from China and shipping was 3rds for crap.

So far I ordered the Glock and it works exactly as expected. More durable than you think.

I also ordered the Colt 1911 which got delayed but the customer service has been working with me to fix it.

Overall 10/10 will probably order some more again as a gift in the future.

Unfortunately a scam company. They spam Youtube shorts with ads showing intricate metal gun replicas.

What they actually send you are tiny cheap plastic replicas.
Quality is poor and nothing like what they show in any of their ads or on their website.

Notably the keychain they sent was not metal but low quality plastic and did not come with the advertised removable replica bullets.
Also they don't come with any of the accessories advertised like the the foam case of course.

Any comments made on their Youtube channel about this are deleted soon after posting.

Reviews on their site are fake and when I attempted to post a review it was never displayed.

You'll see there have been some attempts from them to put some fake positive reviews up on this site.

Pretty ugly behavior by whomever runs this scam which I guess they know but don't care but but they do seem active trying to moderate their online image.

Hi all, buyer from UK.
I originally saw item on TikTok and searched it on YouTube shorts and was intrigued. Bought the product and had some doubts. Checked TrustPilot reviews and saw there was a high volume of negative reviews so I began to doubt the order validity.
The time from my order to arrival was about 3 and a half weeks.
I am so happy with the product. Exactly as described and works as a great fidget toy as well. Great quality build and mimics the original nicely!
I will probably end up buying the rest of the collection of the mini pistol keychains just to have them as a mini display!

I bought full metal glock key chain with bullets. But instead of that i got full plastic pistol, with no bullets to eject, waited for shipping more then 45 days... Scam.

I got a cheap version that cost around 3 dollars and did not get any answer back from the company. It is a Fraud promoted on Tiktok.

Total scam, profuct I received was litterally the opposite of advertised. I order the glock leychain, not only is it cheap plastic, the mag doesn’t even support gold little pins like advertised, so even if they sent pins (which they don’t) you wouldn’t even be able to put the in the mag! What a scam.

This company nx gear needs to be shut down reported to Canadian authorities. I'm in the UK and saw on there site about the replica Glock looked amazing thought sick as hell need one of these finger toys ordered over two months ago no response or tracking not even shipped until I kicked off calling them scammers then they made some excuse up then resent it like really just to receive today a crappy cheep ass plastic piece of crap you could win on the claw game at the beach nothing like what there selling don't waste your money on them just report them add to insult on the parcel it only cost 6 dollars lol what a joke.
