Says all natural products but they are not. Got dark tan & it develops patchy & wears off patchy. Very disappointed as was looking for irish natural brand.

Hi Veronica, thank you for your feedback.Just to clarify regarding the ingredients, Bloom is a plant-based tanning range. DHA (Dihydroxyacetone) is the active tanning ingredient used in self-tanning products, and the DHA used in Bloom is bio-based and produced through a fermentation process. There is no single regulated definition of the term “natural” within cosmetics, which is why we prefer to be transparent about our formulations and the ingredients we use.
We’re also sorry to hear you found the tan developed and wore off unevenly. This isn’t the experience we want for our customers. Bloom is designed as a complete tanning routine, and preparation, application and aftercare all play an important part in achieving an even result and fade.
We can’t see any previous communication with our team regarding your experience, but we are always available to talk through application, troubleshoot any issues and help customers get the best from their products.

I tried the trial pack,the products are lovely.I have sensitive skin so no reaction from them. I've ordered another trial pack to see if products actually work..they do feel lovely on the skin,and I feel like my skin feels rejuvenated, hence the 2nd trial pack.

So far I have found these products…
So far I have found these products working for my sensitive skin. My skin looks fresh and bright and feels very soft. Absolutely no tightness and so far no negative reactions. I love how they look and feel. Very happy with all aspects of Nyrah so far.

It works !! I've used the tanning set myself..but…
I've used the tanning set myself..but Had seen some of my grandkids and their friend using different products for themselves..yep , orange faces ,streaks and the final last straw, colour spread onto their clothes n bedclothes ...I took the bull by the horns and sent for a medium and dark set .
I thought I might have been putting my oar in where it wasn't wanted....I'm the Nan after all ....its been a few weeks now and the girls look fantastic with a very natural looking colour .. thanks for making me the 'cool' nan .

Our team did reply with your loyalty credit details, including your code and instructions on how to apply it at checkout. As the code hadn’t been applied when the order was placed, we couldn’t retrospectively add it, but we extended your credit for a further month to make sure you have plenty of time to use it.
We also explained the qualifying spend for free delivery and how this is shown in your cart before checkout.

I ordered the trial pack as my skin is…
I ordered the trial pack as my skin is going through alot of changes over the last year. Since turning 50 I have had to change most of my skincare routine. I just wish the trial samples were bigger before I order the full-size products so I could be certain my skin won't react badly! The delivery took a little longer than I hoped but when it arrived it was packed well and the presentation is cute.

Our Trial Pack contains 7 x 5ml products and was specifically developed so you can experience the complete Nyrah routine before investing in the full sizes. Depending on application, customers can get anything from approximately one to three weeks from their pack. Our formulations are concentrated, so less really is more.
One little bonus if you do decide to move on to the full sizes, keep your 5ml glass Trial Pack bottles! They’re perfect for topping up from your full-size products for weekends away, holidays, your handbag or travelling, so they can continue to be useful long after your trial.
You also currently have €10 loyalty credit available to use towards a future purchase. We regularly run special offers too, and you can build further loyalty credit through referrals, so there are a number of ways to save when you're ready to replenish.
Regarding delivery, your order was actually packed and dispatched from our Mayo warehouse on the same day you ordered. An Post had it in their network that evening and delivered it on 14th July. Once a parcel enters the An Post network, the final delivery timeframe is unfortunately outside our control.

Your order was placed on 8 July, dispatched from our warehouse on 9 July and An Post confirms it was delivered on 11 July, three days after your order was placed.
