OhPark Airport Parking Avis 

As like most people, our travel lives have changed. It is good to know that in these trying times, one can still trust OhPark to deliver consistently great service with friendly staff. In addition, the bus was clean and we felt confident that the health of the customers is a priority. Thank you OhPark.

I have used OH Parking on several occasions. I have been pleased each time. I have never had an issue. The van drivers have always been professional, polite & accommodating. It’s always nice to get a coupon. I recommend OH Parking

Coming into the parking lot the bus was at my car as soon as I parked, driver was friendly. Returning home I had to call and wait on bus. Then I was charged an extra 5.00 and I don't know why. It was a better experience than the first time, it was a bad experience going and coming back.

Affordable, reliable, everything I expected. The driver of the shuttle to and from, very helpful and polite I WILL recommend O'Park and I WILL use O'Park again. in Oct 2020 ( IF all is open again and vacation actually happens.)

I was unable to return to pick up my vehicle due to health issues and the Covid-19 situation. I called and talked with Rudy** Great Experience**He worked with me to arrange for my vehicle to be picked up and reduced my bill significantly. Anyone flying out of Columbus, especially if it is for an extended period of time, should check out Oh Parking! Convenient and Great Customer Service!!!

Shuttle was waiting when we arrived for our trip and when we returned. Had to come back early and adjustment was made on reservations promptly.
Would recommend highly.

Friendly and helped me when my travel schedule changed due to Coronavirus.

The driver who took me and picked me up were outstanding. The gentleman who picked me up even waited to make sure my car started before driving off. Personal service is wonderful and much appreciated. At my age and being on my own help with my luggage is also something that is important to me.

GREAT STAFF AND GREAT SERVICE

Everything was great. The Valet driver was ready and it was early in the am. Coming home the shuttle was there and ready to go. We use OhPark every time we go to the airport. Matt

Had trouble finding the parking lot upon a very early morning arrival at the airport. Called the phone number on the paperwork I had and the gentleman stayed on the phone with me until I found the lot.

The tram driver stopped at the office and started taking everyone's luggage off even though not all of us had our cars valet parked.
Then as we were trying to tell him where our car was parked it was like he was in his own world. He was not listening to us. We finally told him to just stop and we would walk the rest of the way.
We have used OhPark for years and never once had any issues...until this trip.
