Great experience. Price was great as was the service. Will be back!

The was my first experience with this service and it was excellent. The shuttle was on time for both rides and the drivers were great.

We used the self park and the driver was right there to take us to airport for our departure. On return the driver was waiting outside the baggage claim for our trip back to our car. He even helped us look for the car at night. All went well. Cost was very affordable for the 6 days. Thanks

Over all a good job. The wait for the van at the airport was a little long.

Only complaint is how long it takes the shuttle bus to show up to pick us up. Feels like all other shuttles come and go while we wait on OhPark. I love the valet service - always friendly, helpful drivers.

My second time parking my car and no negative experienced. I will use this parking lot again on my next vacation. Price is reasonable and you can reach staff 24 hours a day

OhPark is definitely the best option at the Columbus Airport. The shuttle drivers are polite and helpful. Very efficient.

The actual grade is 4.5. OhPark is a great place everyone is courteous and friendly. The pricing is great-to-outstanding and the transportation service is stellar. I do not have any complaints but 5 stars denote perfect, that it could not get any better. That would not be truthful - everyone and everything can get better. Keep striving to improve. I use your service in my travels and I would not park my car anyplace else. Suggestion: add the ability to have gradations between 4 stars and 5 stars, continue to ask for suggestions you will be surprised what you may get to improve your business. Peace.

Most Excellent Service, Keep it up Please !!!!

Great experience with OhPark, it was my first time using it and didn't know what to expect. I chose the self park, and had a early departure/late arrival times (6:50 AM and 10:30 PM respectively). Upon parking, I was immediately picked up by the shuttle and taken directly to the airport. The return was easy as well, we waited for maybe 10 minutes after getting our bags and the shuttle arrived. The drivers and service were great on both legs of the trip, will definitely use this service again!

This was my first time trying this companies airport parking option, it was comparable with the one i usually use and less expensive which is why i decided to try it.
The only thing I preferred about the other company was that they gave us a card with the number of our parking spot so it was easy to tell the driver where we were.
Here there were no parking numbers on the spaces and the driver who picked us up didn't tell us anything until I asked and even then wasn't sure what our parking number was. We were fortunate that we arrived home in the daylight with no rain making it easier to see our car.

I entered wrong ticket number but counter person was very helpful and quickly resolved the problem

The pick up and drop off coming and going was on point!
