OhPark Airport Parking Avis 

I certainly enjoy our parking as the price was cheap.

I was under the impression if we selected valet that we would be picked up to and from the terminal. We were only able to valet when arriving at oh park. When returning to airport we were told to use the shuttle to return to our car. Will not be using again. Much cheaper to use a lot.

They Just do Great! Easy and like they get in and go to airport. No taking luggage out till you get to airport.

From the phone call for the reservation, the smooth efficient airport drop, to the van pickup at my return.. Things worked very well. My car was warmed up and ready to go on a cold, snowy night. A very friendly, courteous staff! See you again soon.

This trip and parking was absolutely flawless. I was picked up in expected time , The driver was extremely helpful and knowledgeable! The car was ready and waiting for me. It was a EZ checkout and I was on my way. Absolutely flawless. THANKS OhPark !!! John C.

Parking was ok but had difficulty pre-paying on your website...using coupons...very deceiving! Finally got the correct discount but it took way too long!

Shuttle drivers were prompt & courteous. Service is always top shelf.

I've used OhPark for years. I tend to use Self Park. It's always a great experience, and my most recent use this trip was no exception. Thank you for consistent service and value...though if you could help me get back into my account, that would be great - no response so far to my e-mail inquiries, and I had several free days in my account before I suddenly couldn't get in.

Valet Parking could not have been easier or quicker I pre register

so paperwork was done the parking person help with the luggage

Cant ever seem to get the old cards removed from my account, no matter how expired they are. Have to go in every time to pay. Also, they parked my very clean, straight from the car wash the day before somewhere that it was covered in bird droppings. I just wish someone else provided the valet services except for the airport!

Because it was raining when I left, they let me drive right up next to the doors of the bus and spend limited time in the bad weather. That was very helpful.

We were treated with much assistance and care in arranging for leaving our vehicle for two short periods of time and our daughter and husband picking up and then delivering it back for us when we returned 16 days later. We were treated with respect also when our return flight was delayed and we arrived back in columbus 3 1/2
hours later than expected. You are fine folks.

My parking experience is always good. Most of the time I get fantastic valet people who are courteous and friendly. Using the App when I land, my vehicle is always there. Such a great help. My only complaint would be that sometimes I have to wait 10 minutes for the shuttle. Now 10 minutes may not see long, but if it is below 35 and windy........All in all I enjoy OHPARK.

I am very unhappy with both the lack of service I paid for and for the lack of resolution for the matter. I prepaid for the parking and to have my car to have an interior detailing. The only reason I parked here was to get the detailing done. That did not happen at all. I then when into the office to get a refund and was told they would refund the cost of the detailing but it would take five days for it to hit my credit card. I feel I should get a FULL REFUND for your lack of service. If this is not resolved to my satisfaction I will never use you again!!!!

Due to cancellation of of our flight home (twice!), we had to extend our arrangements by a day. Staff was very accommodating, and did not even charge me for the extra day!

We park at OhPark every time we travel because of it's convenience. I would be happy to give them 5 stars however the last 3 times I tried to use a coupon or groupon the discount is not applied when we try to pick up our car and we have to go back in to get them to change it before the gate will open. Not a huge deal but after traveling all day it and it happening multiple times it gets old. I will still continue to park there, just make sure if you are trying to use a coupon it is applied when dropping off or to your valet when he gets in the car and that the valet takes a copy of the coupon with him.
