The free samples are no longer worth even getting. They use used to be amazing. Looks like viable free samples are a thing of the past

I did not even read why this company received two reviews averaging 2.9. This company saves my skin. This is now my. Aim product line and I literally say it’s magic every time I use it. It literally reverse time in your face it’s incredible. I have never had soft , smooth face. I am 37. And I have the best skin I’ve ever had. No acne - and if there’s a bump l, if the cleansing doesn’t get rid of it, it’s just amazes me- when I use the moisturizer it like takes off any tiny little bumps oranytbibg. My skin is now soft and smooth. It’s so amazing.
I literally have the toner to my dad who doesn’t use anything like this- well he has me subscribing him for it now lol.
And on that no their toner is something that should be used regularly-your skin loves it!

On top of all of the Amazing products the customer support is what gets me the most - this is not a big company. They sell products that are on par with any of the big companies but again they are a small business so customer service really feels one on one like they care about you they know your skin and they want to help they empathize sincerely. I love reading positive reviews because that means my life was impacted positively by a product that someone recommended to me so I always do my best to try to spread that and share that. If you were having any kind of skin problems and you have sensitive skin/ skin issues etc try this out. I wish that big pro space active stuff from back in the day was replaced by this I would’ve been a happy teenager lol!

FYI- this stuff lasts- I’d rather pay this price to be pay for another brand at drug store four times and one of results.

This company lacks integrity. They misrepresent their promotions and have unclear policies about returns. They intentionally mislead customers. I had to involve my credit card company after they offered a product as part of a promotion and then didn't include it in the order. Their customer service is non-existent. Better choices for products are Jones Road Beauty and Herbivore.

I’ve seen so many ads for their products on social media, and instead of just clicking on those to order products, I actually did a search and went to their website directly to order products.
I purchased over $170 worth of products, but changed my mind upon receiving the items. I did not even open the package from them…everything is still sealed and unused.
But after many attempts to email them regarding returning these items, with NO response, I found a phone number to text to attempt to contact them.
I asked again for instructions on how to return these items for a full refund.
This is the response I received:
“We’re truly sorry that you no longer wish to keep the products you received.
After reviewing the order in question, we found it was part of the complimentary Shearling Slide Sandals promotion.
Unfortunately, per the terms outlined during the promotion and our return policy-all purchases made during a promotional offer are considered final sale, and regrettably, we are unable to process any returns or exchanges.”

So in other words, because it came with a pair of “shearling slides (sandals)”, you’re out of luck and out $170+ dollars (even though it’s never even been opened!!!!!
Please do not purchase for this company.
