All staff I deal with are mostly on phone or email; Rebecca for property management, Skye for accounts, always very helpful. Awful service from this estate agent. I would avoid if I were you. Incompetent, lazy and would lose our documents often as a delaying tactic when we were applying for houses. Extremely poor communication as they were not interested in us as potential tenants, and were just plain rude. Such a shame that nice properties are rented through them.

I have had excellent service over the past 2 weeks. Lucy write at the bexhill branch has been fantastic with responding to my emails and calls. Lucy is extremely polite and a fantastic agent.
