Excellent Service
We ordered garden furniture & the process couldn’t have been more efficient & stress free. I spoke to a member of staff, who was really helpful, ordered it online & it arrived 2 days later. I am really impressed with the quality & look of the furniture & it was easy to assemble. Would definitely buy from here again.

Poor communication
The garden furniture that we purchased from you is of good quality and at a reasonable price however the communication between us was poor. On the website it says that you will provide express delivery but we didn’t receive the delivery until nearly two weeks later. We also arranged a delivery date only to have the items delivered a day early with the delivery driver contacting us when he was 15 minutes away from our house and none of us were at home. Fortunately we were able to get someone to come to our house to accept it.

What great customer service
What great customer service, from purchase to delivery of garden furniture. Placed order late one evening, received a call at 9am following morning to arrange delivery, that week! Got called day before delivery, as the person getting my order ready noticed I had ordered the wrong size table cover. They kindly swapped it for correct size at no extra cost.
Delivery window was confirmed early on delivery day. Driver was very helpful and on time.
The whole process was made so easy, thank you.
