Kettler at its best
Love the chairs table and parasol. Bit disappointed they didn't have the base though. It would have set the it off nicely. That's the only reason I gave 4 stars. Good value and quick delivery. Delivery man even offered to put it all in.my back garden

Staff at Oaktree were professional and helpful
Staff at Oaktree were really very helpful in arranging the delivery of my outdoor furniture set. When I hadn’t received a notification from the courier to advise me of my delivery slot, I called Oaktree and they very quickly followed up with the courier who called me within about 10 minutes to update me on the estimated delivery time.

Garden furniture
We ordered a 4 piece seat dining set which was a bit out of the norm. The sales lady accommodated our requirements, with some discount. Furniture was delivered when we requested some 3 hours from the garden centre, without charge. Deliver staff kept in touch, were polite and efficient, unpacked and took away packaging. Would absolutely recommend, amazing service. Thank you.

Let down a little by the delivery company.
Oaktree Garden Centre themselves were great- and Katie is a credit to them. The website was easy to navigate, they had what I wanted, and ordering was easy. Katie was promptly in contact to arrange a suitable 2 day delivery window.
Sadly they were then let down somewhat by their delivery company. Very poor communications from them in terms of when they were delivering, a lone (though very friendly and hardworking) delivery driver to deliver three huge boxes on his own, and three damaged boxes- to the point that all eight feet on one item had punched right through the box resulting in a part going missing.
Back in contact with Katie at Oaktree and things again improved- Katie immediately addressed the courier issues and sent out the replacement part we needed via rapid delivery.
Really great service from Oaktree… just not so much from the courier on this occasion.
