You could be good on swimsuits - way above price for what you get, but designs are pretty cool. The rest of their stuff is pretty garbage: I got a Cuba Terry shirt (towel-like material) for 100$ and honestly a Tesco towel would've been made of a softer material. To add to this, return fees are on you (15$) and the process to return is super clunky. Unfortunately to be avoided.

Horrible quality product and customer service. $20 to ship back a swimsuit which is sent from Sweden but made in China. Don’t waste your time on an expensive $80 swimsuit made in China of 100% cheap ass polyester.

Horrible customer service. Ordered a 2 pairs of pants in 2 different sizes, 1 of them didn’t fit so I send them back, the other fit fine. After 1 wear the pants could not get clean, even though I followed washing instructions and even took them to the dry cleaners. Since then, I have tried contacting them about this issue, but the only message I have gotten was “your issue has been dealt with, have a great day” even though nothing has happened. Also, the pants I send for return to another size haven’t been processed after 3 weeks. I really really don’t recommend buying from this store.

I was given a cool pink and green towelling robe for Christmas but it fell apart after just a few wears, the fabric didn't last well at all and the colors faded so quickly! Later that year I bought the Terry Shorts in red and cream because I thought it could have been a specific item mistake with the robe, but the size was just weird and the pants did not fit well due to the thick fabric. Also, the material, again, started falling apart just after a few wears. Returning the item would cost me €15!! Such a shame as the fabric designs are lovely and I love their branding. Won’t ever buy from them again though based on the very poor quality and the return issues. Also, I’m so very disappointed that their marketing and pictures are the best but the products just lack quality and good fitting….

Ordered the linen drawstring pants and was surprised when they arrived now poor the quality was. The linen was very tough to the touch and was much heavier than traditional 100% linen garments. Definitely not up to par with the cost.

Worst internet seller! Goods sent back at some expense and you do not get the money back for the goods. E-mail sent and no reply. Better not not to buy from this company, it is not reputable.

I've emailed twice over 3 days and still no response to my return request.

Have I been conned?

The two men's shirts I purchased look ok, just too big. Arrived quickly - I live in Sydney. Otherwise, the company seems good.

Return policy is impossible....changed from 28 days to 14 days? Unable to reach anyone. AVOID!!!!!

The Quality of the pants is less than satisfactory. They then sent me a return label. I paid 15€ for a 600 kilometer postal route! Unbelievable!

AVIOD. Stupidly. I gave this company a 2nd go. I regret that. Towelling robe. £200. All the red bled into the cream on 30deg wash. Bullied into a 50% refund. Or I had to pay to return it. Now. They won’t answer my emails. And have blocked me on social media. These people really are as awful as the reviews say.

UPDATE:
The CEO got in touch and full refunded me. And didn’t require the item to be returned.
So although it took a lot of “shouting” on my behalf.
A satisfactory resolve came in the end.

Do nit buy from this company they make it so hard for you to return anything. Instead of just putting a returns label with item just in case . Then it cost me £17 to return tracked which I wanted to do because I think this company would deny it arriving back .

got a terry shirt for my husband.. xl was too small / short so had to get it returned for a xxl. shirt came and was looking good, good fit. so i would recommend to order a size bigger on those shirts. but after washing them, like mentioned on the washing label (40degrees, and i even did a 30 load only) the shirt shrunk drastically :( 2,5cm on the sleeves and even 5cm on the bottom hem. for that price its a real bad quality i have to say.

Bumped into this company on IG. Bought a set of matching terry toweling shirt & pants. Straight out of the box, they looked good. After about a week of use, both started to unravel, heavily. I am surprised how poor the quality is. Will not buy again.

Never again will I shop there. Spending in marketing (bombing on Instagram) but not in quality and no free returns. A bikini for 80 EUR with 15 EUR return ... really not worth it. Looks more like a 20 EUR bikini. I hope the company does not exist much longer.

I was searching for swimshorts for 3 months and finally found a design that i loved. So i bought them even though i was a little bit worried because of the reviews here on trusted. I have to say i am pleasently suprised by the looks and the quality of the shorts. I live in Germany and the order took less than 4 days to arrive. All in all i am very happy and can fully recommend them, eventhough i dont have any informations about the return policy. But just buy the right size and you dont have to send stuff back;)

Worst Service ever, worst Quality, they simply steal you money!

hævede penge på min konto for 7 dage siden og min bestilling har ifølge tracking endnu ikke forladt deres lager. Har skrevet til kundeservice, men har her 5 dage efter endnu ikke fået svar tilbage. Kommer ALDRIG til at bestille herfra igen, utrolig dårlig oplevelse.

Medium size shirt fit like an XL. Print of shirt fabric only appeared at seams which made it appear distorted/unrecognisable and unflattering. Was told they no longer had the shirt in a Small but was still charged 15 euro just to return the item they didn't have stock to replace in a smaller size.
