Hi Katie, I have just had a look on the Royal Mail tracking site to see where you parcel is. I can see that it was dispatched on the 29th December and is still in transit with the Royal Mail.
I think due to the bank holidays we've had since you ordered this will have caused a delay in the delivery times.
If you check your emails you should have received a tracking number so you can have a look yourself (sometimes these go into the junk folders so have a look in there too!).
I believe the items will be delivered to you today according to the tracking service, if this is not the case please email customerservice@oatein,com or WhatsApp 07468254707 and we can take another look!

Disappointed with their Customer Service - It's hard to get a hold on them
Hi, my name is Tamires. I waited a long time to purchase Oatein products and I don't have any complains about the taste, the products are delicious. I bought the variety cookies, the variety protein bars, the variety brownies and the variety millionaires crunch.
I received everything correct, expect the variety millionaires crunch that came only with one flavour, I complained and received another box with the same mistake. :( Now, I know that there was an issue with the stock, but at the time I didn't. Anyway, in the end, I wasn't able to try the variety flavours as promised. Other than that, I enjoyed the products I already opened, expect for the brownies (which I haven't opened). I am upset because this was unnecessary stress. I hope they work to make their customer service better.

The customer service team was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Due to an email mixup I wasn’t receiving their emails but the team was able to help me through WhatsApp. I’ve updated my response as a result. Oatein has great products and a great team!! Thank you!!

Hi Seth, thanks for your feedback. We have tried contacting you on a number of occasions and have replied to your emails since we received your order on the 29th Nov. The issue with your order is that we need to discuss the shipping costs with you for us to ship your large order. We have emailed you on the 29th Nov, 8th Dec, 17th Dec and we tried to Whatsapp you on the 15th Dec. We think our emails may be going into you junk folder, which may be why you are missing our replies - could I ask you to check please?
