The company have since been in touch with me , their replies were going to my junk folder so I wasn't aware of their attempts to contact.
They then contacted me via alternative means and I must say that this gesture alone shows to me that they do truly value each and every customer.
Package is showing as delivered, but my guess is royal mail just threw it in a bush within the general direction of my house and hoped for the best!
I'm missing my delicious protein bars, but I'm sure it will get sorted out 💪💪💪💪

Thanks for your feedback. What number have you called? If you have called the store number, we may not have answered as we operate 9-5.
We responded to your email we received with the details of your order confirmation along with your tracking number which says the Royal Mail delivered your package on the 20th October 2021.
May I suggest you check your junk folder as sometimes our replies go into these folders. This email has details of your delivery and the address you supplied s you should be able to track it.

The 'New' salted caramel cookie now has choc chips and something called 'Krispies'
As the old saying goes; If it isn't broken, don't fix it.
The new recipe has really let the taste down. Plus the cookie seems thinner.

I've just tried the Hype protein bars for the first time.
Very tasty and reasonably priced. A good alternative to the far more expensive 'specialist sports bars' which are available.
