The customer service folks are really nice and make excuses for the shipping delays, but it's just to get past the period where you can do a chargeback to your credit card. This company does not ship product. They send a few free ones out to influencers to build trust. It's a scam. Chargeback now if you can and complain to shopify.

Ordered over a month ago , still ain’t receive a thing

The jelly fish light is horrible. Doesn’t come with a plug and you have to fill it with water yourself. The jellyfish only float at the top and don’t even move around. This is garbage.

I really recommend this purchase! I took time (more then a month) for it to come but do not worry it will come. It’s perfect

I never received mine. I ordered back in dec 18 2020.

I was honestly so worried when I read these reviews AFTER placing my order but i can honestly say I’m so pleased with my order!? I emailed the team for an update and they came back super quick and with my tracking ID. It took a little over a month I think to actually be delivered (maybe because I live in the UK it took this long) but I was well informed the entire process and the light is fantastic! The only downside is that the light has a constant high pitched noise when it’s on otherwise I couldn’t be happier.

Ordered Galaxy Projector Nov 2020 & never arrived. Company said shipping issues out of their control and is still on hold in Hong Kong of all places ! Beginning to think I’ve been scammed !

Whoa! Lesson lived lesson learned, should’ve read the reviews before just buying the projector, so ya. Moneys gone no item delivered. Ripped off. If anyone can get a physical address let me know some how and I’ll go there. Total “falling down” moment. Gonna take it out on some unsuspecting person in public. F**KED!!! Raise hell at your local Consulate for the country of origin buy cheap cars Park them in front and pull the battery and slash the tires.

after seeing them advertised by someone I follow on Instagram. Item never received, had one response to numerous emails I’ve sent and received a fake tracking number. They are clearly a scam operation who are stealing people’s money.

I think it's mighty funny yall have the audacity to spam my email with advertisements and discounts but lag in communication when I have to use four different sources just to get in contact with someone. Craziest part is, I STILL have not received my package which was ordered two weeks ago and I paid extra for PRIORITY shipping only to still not have it? Still no update on when it's supposed to ship? This was by far the worst online shopping experience I've ever had and I will be livid if I have to wait until after the new year to receive a gift that was supposed to be given as a Christmas gift. Plus your phone number for custom service is out of service!!!!

Appalling. Item was ordered in November and I have still not received it, leaving my niece in tears on Christmas Day.

The item is clearly drop shipped from China with orders not submitted until a set number of purchases have been made.

Steer clear, plenty of others on the market that do the same thing.

It hasn’t came in yet and I bought it in the beginning on December so yeah not very good.

Horrible! Ordered a month ago and still have not received. Customer service number doesn’t work and emails to customer service team are not answered. Have disputed credit card charge! Don’t buy!!!
