Scam! Do not buy! Have never received my order from over a month ago, they will not reply to emails either. SCAM!

Never even got my ocean light! I guess I'll just have to get my attorney involved!!

If could give this “company” one star I would...I ordered this product a month ago for my daughter for Christmas and it still has not came..I’m very upset and was told even though it has NOT shipped, I can not get refunded for it!!

I wouldn’t even give it one star. I ordered this a month ago and still haven’t received it. It is for my Daughters Christmas and it looks like it will not be here in time for Christmas or even at all by all the reviews I’m reading. Very disappointed!

Product ordered over a month ago with massive shipping delays. An email from the CEO promised expedited shipping to meet Holiday demand, with promises not even close to being met. I was told they are shipping the product from China, where it currently sits over (30) days after purchase, and won't be delivered for my daughter's Christmas present in time. You've failed me.

I ordered back in November and I still have yet to receive the product. After reading the reviews, I’m beginning to think that I have been scammed. This was suppose to be a Christmas gift.

It’s been 3 weeks and I have not received it yet so I cannot review.

I have nothing to review because I HAVE YET TO RECEIVE MY ORDER!!!!. Reading all the other reviews, I’m not even sure if I will ever receive my galaxy light. I’m starting to think I was scammed. When and IF I ever receive it, I will write a review of the item.

This is a SCAM. No need to recap what everybody else is saying. There is no product. There is no one on the other end of the customer service email link. Their shipping partner's tracking number is a dead end.
I'm told on this page they're a Shopify company, so please report them.

This is a complete SCAM operation. If anyone else has been scammed by them, please report their website. It is hosted by Shopify and you can fill out a report - just type "report an issue with a Shopify merchant" on Google and it's the first link.

PLEASE REPORT THEM ASAP so that they can get taken down. This is going to save other people from getting scammed.

The same people who are behind Ocean Galaxy Light also operate other websites like somelo(dot)co/ & cusok(dot)com. These are also hosted by Shopify. Please report these websites as well so that this whole sham operation can end.

UPDATE 12/13/2021: I sent a few more emails asking if there was some sort of confusion with anything and asked if there was something I could do to help the situation. I have still never received an answer. I've still been trying to stay hopeful and give them the benefit of the doubt but obviously, they will never respond back to me.

12/23/2020 SCAM. Purchased from them in April of 2020. It’s now December 2020 and I still have not received anything. I’ve emailed them multiple times since my purchase but they only replied after my first email. They told me my item had been shipped but it was never delivered. I have continued emailing them and have never gotten a response back since. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM. What a waste of money.

Dropshipping trash, you can buy it on Aliexpress for a fraction of the price.

This is a scam website that pays for promotional material on Instagram/Twitter/etc. and uses images that aren't their own, and sells items that aren't their own.

Accidentally went to purchase, but soon after realizing the site was fradulent, I went to cancel my order. There is no option to cancel anywhere on the site. Thankfully, the transaction is still pending in my account, so I've filed a claim in an attempt to reverse the payment.

The website tricks you into thinking the product is 1) on sale and 2) has only a limited stock remaining with a time limit until the sale ends.
The reviews on the website are fake, and after browsing the other pages on the site, they claim to have other products (there are none) and their "guarantee" is full of fake, useless quotes. The package tracking page has no input for tracking ID. Please don't fall for this scam!! I already got a suspicious message today from some random Gmail account with a fishy link!!

This website is almost, without a doubt, a scam. The website constantly shows 50% off for the next 15 minutes every time you access it. I purchased the Galaxy Light 2.0, and then tried emailing the company to cancel the order and refund my card, they didn't respond. I emailed a second time, they didn't respond. I called the phone number listed and it says it isn't a valid number. Also, I got a text from someone who claims to work there (Sarah) when I had left the projector in my cart, with her asking why I hadn't made the purchase yet. Overall it's incredibly fishy, and I've called my bank and am waiting for the charges to fully post so I can dispute. I hope this website gets taken down soon, it's horrendous. Especially with the fact that people are advertising the product... super misleading.

I think this is a scam 100% I am going to the bank tomorrow.
It says they’re based in California and I’m pretty sure I have a fake tracking number which also says it’s coming from China and ‘ocean galaxy light’ is claiming shipping takes 7 days to get to Australia which is unrealistic.
They always have their lights half price probably to lure people into their scam.
Also pretty sure I seen a video on their Instagram advertising a different galaxy light claiming it as their own.
And they deleted my comments on their social media..
Red flags all around.
Pretty sure the first review is them trying to make theirself look good 😠

Edit: I received my light
They breached privacy and gave my details to a company in China that sells cheap lights to send me a light and pocketed the rest of the money. So utterly mad!!!!!
Also the light is not the light they’re advertising. It has no purple or any moon it’s literally a $10 galaxy light and they pocketed my extra money and ordered a light off a cheap website with my address to send it to.. so pissed off.

DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY !!!! This website has to be a scam, i purchased this light almost a month ago and i still have not even received a receipt or tracking information . I really wish i can report them , i have just accepted the fact i wont be getting my money back . :(
