First and foremost the company’s Customer Service is excellent.
There was a problem with my order (my fault) and they were quick to respond and resolve the issue satisfactorily.
Their jewellery is beautifully made and affordable.
I am all for supporting smaller businesses and will definitely be purchasing from Oceanjewel again in the future.

I’ve bought three products from this firm. The first time was just to see if it was legit, as I’m wary about buying jewellery online.
The gold Connell chain arrived promptly and is perfectly as described.
The second time the parcel was lost by Royal Mail, but the company sent a replacement and offered a full refund if I wanted. Very impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness with which they handled the situation.
The jewellery itself is perfect. Robust, quality metal and looks great. I’ve had a lot of compliments on it already and I will definitely keep buying from this company.
