I’ve bought three products from this firm. The first time was just to see if it was legit, as I’m wary about buying jewellery online.
The gold Connell chain arrived promptly and is perfectly as described.
The second time the parcel was lost by Royal Mail, but the company sent a replacement and offered a full refund if I wanted. Very impressed by the professionalism and attentiveness with which they handled the situation.
The jewellery itself is perfect. Robust, quality metal and looks great. I’ve had a lot of compliments on it already and I will definitely keep buying from this company.

First discovered this company at Boardmasters where my boyfriend won one of your necklaces during the surfboard challenge. He has worn it every day since and it looks just as amazing as the day he got it. Because the quality was so amazing I had to get a matching one too!

Good quality items.
There was a slight misunderstanding with accidentally being sent the wrong item but the seller was extremely helpful and when sorted out I was extremely happy with my order.
