A year ago, I set up a Woo-commerce site and used Octolize's plugin, 'Flexible Shipping PRO WooCommerce – 1' - tried a couple of other plugins and it suited my needs best at the time. I had a few questions at the time of setting up and the support was very good and very quick to respond to my questions. Support since, regarding the subscription renewal has been just as good!

Great Product
Great Product, fantastic support information and prompt replies to questions. I am not a tech wiz yet found the Octalize Flexible Shipping plugin easy to install and use. Flexible shipping can be complex so Octalize has integrated AI to lay it all out when a helping hand is needed.

Safe pair of hands
This was the first time I've needed to ask for help with the Flexible Shipping PRO plugin. It's a terrific tool for managing our store's freight calculations. Great customer support! I was struggling to get my shipping cost scenarios to work, and I contacted Octolize for help. I had the free Flexible Shipping plugin, not even the Pro version, and their technician, Tomek, worked for several days with me until everything worked perfectly. Great company, great plugin!

Great plugin, even better customer service
I have been using a plugin by Octolize for the past few years on a client's website. On that front, everything works perfectly: set up was easy, and the plugin does everything it's supposed to.
Without going into irrelevant detail, I've needed to contact Octolize a few times over the past few years and have always dealt with Jakub. Not only was Jakub always friendly, helpful, and responsive, their (the company) response to my issue and handling of it far exceeded my expectations. In short, this is a company that truly values its customers, and shows empathy and genuine care. That is a very rare find these days and as such, I would highly recommend Octolize and purchase their plugins again without hesitation.
