I've never taken part in a session like this before, so when the opportunity arose I jumped at the chance. I like to think I am sensible with finances and this was really just a financial health check for me. However, when speaking with my coach, Justin, I was blown away by the level of detail Octopus Money go to, and with such a personal touch. There was no hard sell/upsell at the end, the decision was very much mine. I feel comfortable with my financial future now, I have some actions I can take to protect my family in the long run, and I am really looking forward to seeing my personalised plan.

Mathew was very clear and patient in his explanations, easy to talk to.

Owen was very useful with the different deals for our remortgage and was able to come to me at the right time without me having to remember it was time to remortgage.

Owen recently helped me to sort out my mortgage which was coming to the end of its fixed term. We thought we had limited options due to our circumstances and Owen was able to not only explain that there were lots of options we still had available, but also helped us to secure a new valuation for the property which in turn has helped us to get a great rate moving forward. Had it not been for Owen, we probably would assumed we had no options and ended up paying huge percentages for our remortgage. Owen made everything so clear and so simple that once we were all sorted, I thought 'surely that's not all we have to do' but it was and its a better outcome than we could have expected. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the broker who advised me on my recent mortgage application (Owen). He kept me updated throughout, and was able to give sound advice on the best options to suit my situation. He also managed dealings with the bank through a couple of issues, which was helpful and reassuring.

Lisa is really informative, friendly and approachable. The sessions so far have been helpful and I have learnt a lot. I have already put useful and practical tips in place.

The Octopus Money Pension Person I Primarily liased beings Lewis Spurling was excellent with regular communication over the 7 month period during which I got 6 previous Occupational pensions combined into one easy to manage pension.
I also find the App refreshingly transparent

Really insightful introductory session. Discussed short and long term financial goals. Advice for workplace pension and when to put towards this as employer also contributes and tax benefits of this. Investment advice - Stocks and Shares ISA compared to fixed rate ISA.
