Unfortunately there is no response from ODOS Properties. Several times over the last few weeks I have completed their online form requesting a free valuation, but had no response. I have started their online chat and left my details, but had no response. I have today tried phoning them but just had music and then a recording that no-one was available to take my call. Their office address is listed as Gloucester, but their phone number area code is Ledbury, so something is odd there.
I chose to use them because they had good reviews, albeit only a few, but have come to the conclusion that they have either gone out of business, or maybe they are no longer as good as their reviews suggest.

I recently sold my first home with ODOS Properties and couldn’t be happier with the experience.

We used ODOS for a second time, working with Helen on our most recent property sale. Helen was so lovely and polite, very informative about the local market, and great at listening to our needs and considerations. This differed from other agents who talked at us for an hour and made us feel silly when discussing the price we wished to achieve!

Helen listed our house at the price we wanted, and we received three offers (around asking price, one at asking price) within two weeks! Helen was very flexible and communicative with viewings, and provided great feedback and advice after viewings and offers were received.

We had a few glitches along the way with buyers falling through, but Helen was always at the end of the phone to discuss our concerns and provide advice (responding to calls and texts within a few minutes at all times of the day). Helens approach wasn't pushy, she was always happy to listen to our needs but also to provide honest advice.

Completion happened smoothly, with the help of Helen chasing up all parties. We also benefitted from the military discount on fees as my husband is ex-forces.

We would definitely recommend Helen and ODOS!

James and Helen were the glue of our sale and purchase! Although only selling our property Helen was a great advocate for us during quite a tricky purchase. Helen was very helpful is selling my property. Firstly she came round and discussed all what was involved in selling the property and then arranged for some photos to be taken which I must say were excellent and I certainly put this down in helping sell the property.
Once some viewing were organised Helen was there to show people around which she did and explained all about the property to them and answering any questions they had.
Once an offer had been made Helen sorted all the paperwork involved which made the process even better as all this was explained and written out in a way you could understand.
All in all the process from start to finish was very smooth from the moment of first contact with Helen, right through to the property being sold and more importantly Helen took the stress away from selling the property which as we all know can be very stressful.
