if you're fortunate enough to be within odos' catchment area, celebrate - & hire them to sell your house. any unpleasant experiences you've previously had with estate agents (we ALL have!) will immediately be dispelled.

helen was the kindest, fiercest, fairest & most sincere person & she possesses infinite amounts of integrity & patience. i know this sounds like hyperbole, but i'm telling the utter truth. she fought our corner & was always happy to explain anything during the process that wasn't quite clear. she knew that we needed to sell quickly & she found the perfect buyers for our house.

if the estate agent for the place we bought had been anywhere near as competent & friendly as odos/helen, we'd have had a splendid time - & when can you say that about buying/selling homes?

Me and my partner have purchased a house which was advertised through ODOS properties. I can not shout their praises enough. I've got friends who are also first time buyers and their estate agents are no where near on the same level. We had Helen as are estate agent from ODOS and she was amazing from start to finish. We wanted a quick turn around and Helen made sure everyone was kept in the loop and ensured our solicitors where up to date with what we needed. If Your looking to sell or buy a property in the area, this is the estate agent to use. It's a personal service and they make you feel like they are just as excited for your new house as you are.
