I like the look and feel of this garnet however, I followed your sizing chart and even though I always wear a small, your sizing chart directed me to order a large! The large does not feel snug enough. I think I need the medium. What can we do about this?

Excellent customer service. Quick response to my qustion and answered and settled in a timely manner.

I find your underwear extremely comfortable. I have bought quite a few products from you and I am very pleased with everything.
Thank You.

This is just me personally but after trying Aida menopause tablets i found no improvement in my symptoms at all. I tried them for 2 months still gaining weight and no relief from sweats and foggy brain so for me not a good experience.

I honestly can’t give you a fair review, because I am still waiting for my package to arrive. When and if it does, I’m sure I will be able to give you good reviews
Kindly,
Meg Sneed

This company fulfilled my order and delivered it in a reasonable time. Since I am always looking for a panty that rises higher at the waist, the ad intrigued me, so I had to order. The waist area doesn't come up as far as I anticipated, but it is higher than some.

Fast response to resolve my concerns, still require return address to send back my purchas.

Customer service was wonderful! Andre returned my phone message within minutes on a Sunday afternoon and graciously helped me with my request. He was courteous and professional. I honestly have not experienced better customer service in a long time! Thank you for such prompt and responsive service!

Ordering was good. Jeremy reached out to me. Very friendly

Courtesy kind helped with solving my problem

Company shows compassion and hears what you are saying about your needs and what you are experiencing. Truly good people

I enjoyed the communication and concern to fit my personal needs. I am aware that, as a compony, it was in an effort to make sales, but I’ve never experienced a sales campaign that appeared to care more about the customer than the product, or maybe I should say both.
Hopefully your product will be as great as your salespersons are!

My experience with Andrei was most pleasant and efficient. He went above and beyond to return my many attempts to reach your customer service department. .

He diligently contacted me in person as soon as he recognized that I had been trying to expedite a cancellation of an order made in error.

His diplomatic and professionalism was a positive impression of your business ethics.

I would personally like to thank Andrei for his wonderful customer service skills.

Many Thanks & Best Regards,

Linda Lessard

Nice lady that talked with me about my order

The individual that helped me was fabulous!! Andrei recognized I had been overcharged due to a system error. He immediately processed a refund. Very happy with the support !

Andrei made the process of changing my order fast and easy. I was surprised to get a call back on Sat after the message said they would return my call the following Monday. He changed my order, happily and without a question, refunded my money, again, without a question, and confirmed it all within minutes. Very pleased with this young man, and thankful for his patience, professionalism, and caring about helping me!!

I was able to contact customer support easily. I wanted to make changes to my order # AS 69659. Your associate Andrei helped me to accomplish my goal. He was extremely professional and caring. He solved my problems swiftly. I also appreciated his voice. I could understand him perfectly and he was most reassuring about my order. This was a most positive experience for me.

Best customer service ever!!! They were kind and very helpful. Great suggestions. Not just the usual pressured sales tactics!! Thank you Aida!!
