I just bought a tarte shape tape conclear and it was sooo good really good coverage and everything and only for £13!!
It did take over a week to come but apart from that it was really good

I had same problem, actually i still have it.
As you wrote, the response time is usually 2 days and I also cancelled it straight away after reading reviews. After 3 days they wrote me that my item has been shipped. So I wrote a very unplesant email, as response I recived: once it is in a system they can't cancel it...What a lame excuse, why other comanies can ?
I lost hope that I will get my money back, but I think people we should report them somewhere? They block users on Instagram whenever you write something "inconvenient

Bought a few pallettes on 19th december... cancelled order straight away! But they said its already been shipped... they took 2 days to respond obviously its on its way! Estimated delivery date was 5th jan! Still waiting for products... SOOO ANNOYED WITH THEM! they dont respond to emails at all! Has anyone ever got a refund?

Ordered a huda palette and some makeup brushes, returned immediately due to the goods being fake, my return was signed for 11 days ago still awaiting my refund and acknowledgement, have emailed several times and sen messages on messenger and no response !!!! Poor company, false advertising and poor customer service!!!!

I ordered the Huda beauty palette a month ago and has not come yet and my money has been withdrawn from my account I do not recommend this site

I ordered Huda Beauty nude. And a got so much fake china version of this pallette. I did email to them. They wrote me that is orginal but when i wrote that has got dagamed mirror they wrote that it is in their regulations about they have orginals but a little damaged. Sounds stupid? Yesss. But they wrote me that i can return. So I returned this cargo. Package better than they sent me and returned. After arpund month I wrote to them when I will have my momey back. They wrote me emial "item came back broken'. Nothing else. They are crooks. Im not from England but if someone want to talk about that and Report the case to the tax office, write here. I want help

I am still waiting for my refund. I havent received my parcle and after many messages they told me to send an email to refund department which I have done 6 days ago still havent heard from ohsobeauty.co.uk . I will wait for another few days if not then have to report it to police and tax department as well. Looks like someone has created a fake website so they can scam people's money and then when you write on there Facebook page they block you. Ohsobeauty I will wait for few days for my £97 if I don't recive the money in my account I will pass you details to all my family,frinds and my clients as well to comment on your page. So no one else can waste there money on your website and also you can block me but not the rest of the world.

Ich habe mir eine huda beauty Palette bestellt und habe dann zum Kundenservice geschrieben dass ich die Bestellung stornieren möchte aber niemand reagiert ! Ich habe über dm und die angegebenen e Mail Adressen geschrieben aber keine Antwort aber Hauptsache mein Geld wurde abgebucht !!! Nie wieder !!!

Waited weeks for a makeup pallet to arrive.. after countless emails it finally arrived...it was fake..a bad fake...stay wayyyy clear of this crowd..shud be shut down.. dont be fooled by their slightly cheaper prices.. fakes

High end products would never be sold so cheap! Please do not waste your money on the website. The products are 100% fake, badly pigmented with shoddy packaging.

Above all, the customer service is shocking, they repeatedly ignore your requests for a refund, and send automated messages in response.

Please avoid at all costs!

I'm gutted. Paid £54 for 3 Huda Obsessions Palletes for my daughter for Xmas and they are quite clearly fake! Can I get a refund!!!

Selling fake products!
Someone on facebook asked if their products were genuine - so I checked them out and there's no way they are selling the band new Huda Beauty nude pallete at a fraction of the price. I also checked on the Huda website and they are not an official stockist - only official stockists can sell authentic Huda products.
I commented on their post stating that their products can't be genuine as they are not an official stockist and they removed my comment and blocked me from commenting on anything of theirs. Without so much of an explanation.

If this doesn't show their guilt, then I don't know what does.
Do not trust them and do not buy from them.
Selling counterfeit products IS ILLEGAL and dangerous, they will get caught out eventually.

Received my order today after waiting 7 weeks for it! Got told it would take between 5-15 working days. Customer service well they dont give a sh*** as long as they have have your money!!!
Ordered a Jacklyn Hill Palette knew it was fake as soon as I opened it as I have 1 already. Couldn’t even match the colours properly!!
Palette stinks too!! A bit like the website!

This is a fake site with some very clever people behind it. Ordered the new HUDA Nude palette and it was embarrassingly fake. Packaging of the palette was very shabby and the colours are nothing like the ones shown on Huda's youtube and instagram videos. Paid £35 which obviously grabs peoples attention, and unfortunately I fell for this scam. Found Oh So Beauty on instagram and commented on one of their pictures saying these are fake items, and then I find out they blocked me the next day. This just says it all. Another thing I have noticed is that these people make fake instagram accounts to comment on their own stuff, praising it. This again, pulls people in believing their stock is real. I have also noticed on their Facebook account they dont allow you to rate them. Avoid at all costs.

AVOID, if you don’t want to get disappointed ☹️ I ordered a Ben Nye loose powder. I payed £23 & I’m afraid it’s fake . I’ve been using this powder for years & I know the real deal . It was sold out on the site I always get if from and this was the only site that had it in stock in the size I needed . I had to message them twice to see where it was after 18 days of me paying . It finally arrived after 20 days . The bottle had a quarter of the powder missing !!!!! Plus the bottle was fake . It had also been opened and the powder was all over the inside of the top . Which then went all over me . I took photos & sent them to the company and they said they would send me another one ! Needless to say .. 16 days later , still no product! I’m not that bothered as it’s not real & i have since bought it from my usual supplier but it’s just the principle. £23 isnt cheap to spend on a fake product and I was mislead into thinking it was THE one.

FAKE PRODUCTS !!!! My palettes came broken and I compared the palettes with truths and it is completely different, so disapointed for the price. U can find like them on joom and less expensive. Then there is no pigmentation.
