Avoid like the plague
Ordered a few products from this website, looking at the prices I thought it was to good to be true but gave it a go. I ordered on the 18th October 2018 and only received one part of the item on 5th November. It was a pallete which was totally fake as I already have one of the originals. Contacted customer service three times, they haven’t got back to me. Overall keep away from this company and it’s better to pay extra just so you know your products are genuine.

Fake products, and when I told them to get a refund they started saying that they are not fake and told me that if I want a refund I have to contact someone else. I know that they are fake because i already had same products which are obviously real. Everytime I send an email to explain that I wasn't satisfied with my products and to have a refund, they always give me another email to contact. It's like a rollercoaster.
Do not risk on trying to buy fake products from the ohsobeauty.com website

The colour is totally different and they have completely different smells
I have emailed the company and am awaiting a reply
