The store employees were very helpful, however I was shocked to see that a £10 shipping fee is added to click and collect purchases. I don’t believe click and collect should have a fee.

In the heart of Bath sits our gorgeous Georgian-fronted townhouse store, complete with the honey-coloured stone typical of the city. Right in the centre of things, on the bustling Milsom high street, it’s surrounded by popular interiors, fashion and gift shops, as well as independent cafes, and is a short walk from the pleasure gardens and historic homes of famed authors, architects and thinkers such as Jane Austen and Beau Nash. Previously home to Parkhouse and Co. Oriental Goods Depot, purveyors of “fancy goods”, our building was carefully chosen to showcase our seasonal looks , curated by our talented visual team to help you imagine what our pieces might look like in your home.

Natasha and Alex were incredibly…
Natasha and Alex were incredibly helpful and informative. Photo' and measurements were sent which meant we could order direct from Devon without having to travel to Bath. The table arrived within five days of our order and we are delighted with it.

Positive shopping experience at Oka
After consulting staff in Bath , we quickly decided on purchasing 3 beautiful pendant lights for a newly renovated hallway.
Delivered within 5 days and now proudly installed .
Delighted with our new lights which are so individual and definitely so Oka.

I always love dealing with Oka Bath
I always love dealing with Oka Bath. They are always so welcoming and helpful in store. They have been particularly great recently as an item was out of stock online and they had the item in stock in store, they very kindly reserved the item, I was able to pay for it and collect it a few days later. Great customer service and incredible items! The only bad review I can give is that they make me spend WAY too much money!

Item was lost by DPD
Item was lost by DPD. And no attempt made by Oka to find the item. Customer service on the phone were very friendly, less so in the shop in Bath.

We can see that our colleague carried out an investigation with DPD and we do apologise that they were unable to locate your parcel. As this side table was no longer in stock, and there was no alternative of interest, a full refund was processed.
