The staff ignored us when we entered the shop. Three ladies stood chatting with each other and showed no interest in helping. I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed.

Refreshing, that Oka has shops to physically see products. We contacted the shop to insure the chairs we liked iwere in stock. Arron, (Assistant Manager/Bicester was brilliant, sending photos and answered initial queries. Not close, but felt it was worth travelling. We were greeted by Arron who was friendly, professional and very helpful. delighted with to purchase the chairs. The quality , stylish chairs not only look amazing but are comfortable. Planned to purchase 4 but bought 6 there was no pressure just wonderful service from start to finish. Oka, we're excellent, Arran being outstanding and we are delighted with our new chairs. The service we received was outstanding
and Arron a credit to the company. Will look at this shop for future purchases.

wow, wow, wow. To say I’m elated with what I purchased is an understatement. The staff Emma , Lucy and Finley went above and beyond to accommodate me. I purchased a rug lamps shades a throw and cushion covers all of which I love. OKA for me is the way to go when furnishing /dressing rooms. The quality colours etc just have that edge. All very classic with a contemporary twist. I cannot thank the staff enough. Don’t hesitate in visiting it’s well worth it. You get the savings which helps enormously but you’re in a showroom that exhibits beautifully and it gets your interior eye working overtime with exactly the outcome you envisage.

Staff appreciation for OKA outlet at Bicester!
Visited the OKA outlet at Bicester today, fantastic experience. Lots of lovely stock and the store assistants were beyond helpful. Both Emma and Aaran went above and beyond and whilst I asked a million questions and wanted to look at everything, they were very attentive and nothing too much trouble, service you come to expect, and associate, with OKA…I couldn’t help but make a few purchases and I will no doubt be returning whenever I’m in the area.

Excellent product and service
We were looking to purchase a set of dining chairs and spoke to Aaron in the Bicester branch to check they had them in stock. Aaron was great - he confirmed stock and sent us photographs to help us with our decisions. We then visited the store to see the chairs in person and Aaron couldn't have been more helpful. We are really happy with the chairs, good quality and comfortable to sit in. Initially we were only going buy four but ended up with six!

It was a pleasure to shop at Oka outlet Bicester.. after enquiring about a product, Lucy immediately sent me photos and information. I then went to the store where all the staff were friendly and helpful. Lucy was amazing, even providing a large box and wrapping carefully. None engaging staff -terrible experience.
None engaging staff,not the right information given, not very helpful response to questions and got a pretty much smug reply from one of the staff members to an enquiry at the cash desk- absolutely terrible experience.
Staff members need retraining, especially the guy that was on the cash desk-not really how are you engage with a customer.

I have been buying from Oka for over 20…
I have been buying from Oka for over 20 years and the experience has always been First Class. I purchase both full price and also pick up some great pieces at the Bicester Outlet Shop in Bicester Avenue. Finley who works in the outlet knows what pieces I am likely to purchase, he has a very good eye, and always guides me in the right direction. Great staff, great products. Highly recommend a visit.

The most incredible outlet shop
The most incredible outlet shop, the staff were so kind and helpful, in particular emma stopped out kids having meltdowns by giving them paper to draw on. Emma and her team made some amazing suggestions for the garden and house and helped us so much! we loved all the items we've purchased it looks so great and adds so much character

A great experience at the Oka store in Bicester. The space is beautifully curated, browsing is a real pleasure. The team are friendly, and offer great advice making you feel well looked after. Lucy and T are lovely and Finley was kind enough to help me carry my bags to the car. I found the style of the furniture and homeware very unique. Overall, a really enjoyable visit and a store well worth returning to

Wonderful experience
The team in this store are wonderful- I was helped by Tee and Lucy who were very knowledgeable and helpful. They clearly have a genuine passion for home interiors and their advice was greatly appreciated! The shop itself is well presented and carries a large variety of both outlet and full price items.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bicester’s oka branch and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Brilliant Bicester!
The Bicester outlet team are amazing. They always offer such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with fantastic Oka product knowledge. It’s a real shame to hear Lou is leaving as she’s been incredible as my stylist and contact at the store. However, Emma, Lucy, Tee and Finley are great assets to the store on my weekly visits!!
