I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bicester’s oka branch and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The store provides an impressive variety of furniture styles, ranging from modern minimalist to classic vintage, ensuring there's something for every taste and home decor vision.
What truly set oka apart was the outstanding staff. Each team member was incredibly friendly, approachable, and eager to assist. They were knowledgeable about the products and offered helpful suggestions and insights without being pushy. Their genuine passion for helping customers create beautiful and comfortable living spaces was evident and greatly appreciated.

Brilliant Bicester!
The Bicester outlet team are amazing. They always offer such a friendly and welcoming atmosphere, coupled with fantastic Oka product knowledge. It’s a real shame to hear Lou is leaving as she’s been incredible as my stylist and contact at the store. However, Emma, Lucy, Tee and Finley are great assets to the store on my weekly visits!! Thanks for making my Oka experience so lovely everytime team! Oka should be proud to have such fab employees working for them.

I purchased the large faux olive tree
I purchased the large faux olive tree. Before I ordered, I visited the Bicester Outlet store to see the item. The staff were very helpful, so much so, that I also bought a small side table.
The olive tree is beautiful and a lovely focal point in my orangery.
The delivery company were also excellent.

The staff ignored us when we entered…
The staff ignored us when we entered the shop. Three ladies stood chatting with each other and showed no interest in helping. I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed.

Love love love my wine cabinet

We visited Biscester outlet store…
We visited Biscester outlet store yesterday and found a fabulous corner sofa which seems flawless. Sarah was so helpful and had some great suggestions. We ended up walking away with a rug and ottoman also. Sarah also helped us find a man with a van. A big shout out to all the staff at the Biscester Oka outlet, they could not have been more helpful.
