People you can speak with.
Very good service at the till.
If a item is not in stock it needs to be delivered to the store you can get to or delivered to your home for a reasonable charge you also need to speak to people on the PHONE especially if you won't to do a phone order.
More people than you think do not won't to order on line and will look elsewhere if that's the only option.
So you have got all these thing right.

Very good at helping me to make the right choice. A pleasure to shop there.

Gorgeous items!
Had a lovely time on Oka today. Wanted velvet cushions for my new sofas and not only got some luscious ganache velvet ones, but they were in the sale at a very reasonable price! And I was also able to buy a lovely linen lampshade for only £18! Staff were very helpful and held onto all my enormous bags so that I could collect with the car. Such a great shopping experience- love the room layouts and quality of beautiful articles. Usually a bit expensive but the sale was marvellous.

I wanted some artificial flowers to…
I wanted some artificial flowers to arrange in a large shell - I explained all this to the assistant and in no time at all she went off to come back with a similar size
Vase for me - I had shown her a picture of my shell -
It didn’t take long to try the big hydrangeas - bingo -
We both agreed that this was the way to go. So I was very pleased with all the help and fun I had in choosing

Assistants in the Broadway Shop were excellent and very helpful. They packaged my items with bubble wrap very well and then put my items into bags which personally speaking should have been packaged into boxes rather than carrier bags as the handles on the bags broke off and were very awkward to carry
