New furniture for a new flat.

The design team were great.
The delivery men geat, hatd working and practical.
Fixing the delivery was hard, with two cancellations being a nuisance.

5 star service in store - Chelsea

Cushion combinations , and the wider world of interior design, stress me out big time ! All my fears were laid to rest by Ross whose profound knowledge and super-kind nature solved my living room design crisis ! Thank you Ross - you are a superstar and a hugely valuable asset to Oka . Very happy customer !

Oka needs to get rid of their unfair and illogical click and collect delivery charges when there are clearly internal stock deliveries to store .

Holly Kaulder at OKA could not have…

Holly Kaulder at OKA could not have been more helpful.
She made the whole ordering process so easy from start to finish.
The delivery team were brilliant and kept us updated as to when the furniture would be delivered.
The products are good quality .
I would definitely recommend shopping with OKA

I did my pre shopping checking that…

I did my pre shopping checking that what i wanted was in store
When I got there only 2 of the 8 items that I wanted where in stock
It goes with out saying that I wasn't very happy
I was then told that the manager didn’t up date the stock data on the website
Nevertheless the young guy at the cushion department was very helpful and we did find some valid alternatives
But not really what I wanted
As I came from Italy to by my cushion covers I had to do with what was in stock

Ross at Oka Chelsea was absolutely brilliant and really went out of his way to help us. Returned a couple of cushion covers I had bought online by visiting the store where v helpful staff member initiated a refund by emailing customer service dept .Am v happy with all the other cushions I bought . Mislead be the sales women

I was given a gift, 2 beautiful bowls but there were blue and everything in my house is not blue. I was also given the receipt without price on it, so I could exchange it if needed.
So, we decided to exchange the bowls, for something that will suit our house. We got to the shop and we were told (by mature sales assistant) that the total was £85, we spent time to look for an item of £ 85, just to be told by different sales person that the total 85 x 2. The women then disappeared as she was misleading us from the start. Then we had to spent the time again to look for different items.
Just to let you people know that be on top of the things as they are there to screw you up.
