When it’s a common experience to find…

When it’s a common experience to find no help whatsoever in a store today, my experience at Oka London was outstanding. Holly spent a long time helping me satisfy my requirements for two matching table lamps. Nothing was too much bother including unpacking items from storage to ensure the two lamp bases I chose were exactly what I wanted. Many thanks to all who helped.

Just the right lampshade for me!

I found the lampshade I saw online, which meant I could measure it properly within the shade where the lampholder was to see how it would fit a lamp I had from another brand. It was also on sale , so even better! Staff was friendly and helpful! Good experience all round!

Went in the store to get some furnitures and everyone was very nice and helpful. Ross answered all my questions very patiently and took time to make the best arrangements for me to purchase and pick up two stools that were the last ones left.

First Class Product and Customer Service

It has been a while since I last visited the Chelsea Store but have recently had two very successful shopping experiences. Superb quality product and phenomenal customer Service along with valuable interior design help from the hugely talented Ross , whose expertise and attention to detail was invaluable in my decision-making. Good furniture but let down by delivery service

Well presented excellent furniture in the Chelsea store with helpful staff, however, badly let down by the appalling delivery service of our garden furniture. After a few changed delivery dates we had further changed timings over 4 attempts to delivery and assemble the furniture. These included damaging the fixings and having to change the table. Dirty old vans used by rushed delivery staff who apparently aren’t given enough time to deliver and assemble furniture. It’s a shame that OKA are badly let down by their delivery contractors.

Outstanding service from Salvatore at Oka Chelsea

Salvatore is the best salesman we’ve dealt with. He solved all our issues with customer service and went above and beyond to help us. We’d bought furniture that turned out to be out of stock, and rather than leaving it there, he went the extra mile to track the pieces down in the warehouse. An amazing guy who clearly cares about getting things right for his customers. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit the Chelsea store.

The service was fantastic

The service was fantastic. We had multiple items ordered on various invoices and a complicated delivery as furniture was being shipped abroad.
Salvatore who dealt with us was fantastic and went above and beyond to help us and ensure everything went smoothly. He was always checking in and was always available .

This item was not suitable and was collected from me on 22/05, so over 10 days ago by now, by your couriers but I have had no confirmation that this has been received and no refund.

Please advise at your earliest convenience.

This is not the kind of customer experience I would expect.

Chelsea Oka shop - staff not helpful

I went to the Chelsea Oka shop. Despite 3 shop assistants at the till area talking to each other and not helping people none of them seem to want to help. I asked them if certain lights were in stock and they almost took delight in telling me they had none in the shop and they were sold out online and then when I asked for the price of another they told me to look at the tag and I told them there was none and they said there was and grudgingly came over and discovered there wasn't a price. They seemed to be annoyed to be asked for help. I was in the shop make a purchase of some lamps, I knew I had to make a choice of which ones before leaving, finally one younger woman not part of the initial group eventually saw to help me and made an effort to find some lamps for me. I feel as OKA Chelsea is a destination shop, it's not on a particularly useful shopping street and it's hard to park nearby, most people are in there as they know what they want and want to make a purchase. The items are beautiful and the shop is well laid out, I just feel the staff could be more helpful. I left spending close to £900, but left feeling disappointed that the experience could have been bettered, not just that, but I may well have bought many more things.
