Amazingly helpful staff
On visiting the Guildford store to buy new cushions, I was initially approached and helped by Emma, who referred me to Diana. Both members of staff were incredibly good and helpful, especially Diana, who spent time with me on numerous occasions to make sure I made the right choice. All the staff seem well trained, the atmosphere is friendly and helpful and the store looks amazing. Plus we were given a glass of fizz!! What's not to like!!??

Charlotte and Nicky in the Guildford…
Charlotte and Nicky in the Guildford store were absolutely amazing. I arrived 40 mins before closing time and they helped me chose items to refresh my living room, all from a photo that wasn’t that great. They stayed 20 mins late and helped me get everything to my car. Everything chosen looks absolutely amazing and I’m really happy. Thanks again Charlotte and Nicky. I’ll be back soon for lighting

Diana in Guildford was so helpful - I couldn’t decide on what cushions, plants and side table and she was very patient , made lots of suggestions and didn’t pressure me to decide. Really pleased with my purchases .

Great customer service
I was provided with great customer service by Nicky in Guildford. I had a problem with my order -not Oka’s error - and went in to try and sort it out without much hope. Nicky, however, dealt with it quickly and courteously and I left, one happy customer!

The driver could not find the address.
The driver could not find the address.
As he was late delivering he did not want us to open the cartons to check all was perfect.
It’s a shame the price we paid for delivery did not cover taking away the cartons.

Customer Care dept. made every effort to solve our small dilemma,
I was initially disappointed with the company sales policy regarding a replacement mug following an accidental breakage.
Unfortunately we broke one of our Cochineal coloured mugs (from the Kintaro range sold in a box of four at £50) Entirely our fault, a slip of the hand during washing. I have edited my original review as the response from the customer service department has been very good, with three communications offering possible solutions and attempts to help. This is rare in today’s retail sales and Nikki in the department has been exemplary in her efforts, hence my edited review.
These are lovely quality mugs, great finish and feel. A pleasure to use, but if you have the misfortune to break one you will have buy another four to make up your ‘set’. Just a warning. Handle with care!

The in-store team at Guildford were…
The in-store team at Guildford were great. What lets you down is your delivery partner DPD. DPD lost my £400 order and it had to be repurchased and sent out. Change your delivery partner. DPD is shocking & I will question whether to purchase again from OKR as a result.

Thank you for your feedback — we completely understand why this would feel disappointing, and we’re sorry for any frustration caused.
We have recently introduced a small, tiered charge for our Click & Collect service to reflect the cost of picking, packing, and transporting orders to your chosen store. These costs have increased in line with rises in wages, employment costs, and fuel. That said, we do still absorb part of the cost ourselves, and we aim to keep our rates in line with other premium homeware and furniture brands.
We appreciate that this may not be what customers expect when selecting store collection, and your feedback is incredibly helpful as we continue to review how we communicate and deliver this service.
