In the historic town of Knutsford, what was once the Conservative Club is now the impressive home to our beautiful OKA store. Not far from Tatton Park Gardens and Lyme Park – used in the filming of BBC literary dramas – the striking red-brick building provides a stunning backdrop for two floors of our furniture and accessories. High ceilings and traditional mouldings showcase our designs in the best possible setting with the pieces being displayed in seasonal room sets by our talented visual team.

A great result
We went into the Knutsford store last Saturday afternoon to buy a lampshade - quite tricky as it was to replace an unusual shaped one for a special table lamp.
When it looked as though we were going to be unlucky when Louise approached us and offered to help us in our cause. She gave some good advice and we were able to try various combinations of shades and light bulbs resulting in us coming away with an excellent choice. Louise was very personable and helpful and I’m sure we’ll shop at Oka again.

Great store service and good quality product
I was delighted to be able to speak over the phone directly to someone in the Oka Knutsford store rather than going through a central switchboard. I spoke to an assistant manager Davina in store who was able to locate the item I wanted and advise me of its condition (as it was the last of the particular rug I wanted available across Oka's entire site). She very efficiently got me a price for shipping and arranged same without any delay. I had my rug within a few days and was delighted with the quality of the product as well as the helpful service I received from Davina. And brownie marks to Oka for allowing direct phone contact with individual stores.
