Annie went the extra mile to arrange some wallpaper samples to be available in store for us to view. Her colleagues then assisted us in store over wallpaper sizing.
This resulted in a positive purchase as we love the paper now it is up.

We had great service from the Oka concession in Fenwicks Newcastle. We dealt mostly with Izzy who was very helpful and patient. We had to make some changes and a return but all dealt with efficiently. Delivery and a return went smoothly.

I wrote a review about my experience with the company OKA in Fenwick department store.
Because of a misunderstanding, a message from the member of staff, I missed the call.
I want everyone to know that they were completely unaware that I don’t use voicemail.
The items I purchased were extremely well packaged and protected when delivered.
The customer service is exceptional.
The staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Chris and Izzy gave great customer service
Chris and Izzy were knowledgeable about Oka products and listened to my criteria for purchasing an armchair. I usually buy from Oka online but it was good to have an in-store interaction so I'll be popping in again. I also couldn't believe that my chair was delivered the next day.

So well presented
So well presented. Just tempted me to look at more. Everything looks so stylish and put together. Which helped me see how the sofa would look - which was complete opposite to what I thought I wanted. Chris was extremely helpful in putting a look together for me. Sold!!!!

Exceptional Service from Izzy at Oka Fenwick Newcastle
I had a fantastic experience at Oka in Fenwick Newcastle thanks to Izzy. She was an absolute pleasure—so patient, kind, and genuinely helpful while I made my decisions. She even used AI to show me different styles, which made everything so much easier as I was quite indecisive. I spent nearly four hours in store and never once felt rushed. Such a lovely experience and truly exceptional service!

Choosing cushions!
I’m trying to choose cushions & went into Oka Newcastle & saw Issy. She was exceptionally helpful making suggestions & showing me computer generated photos on the computer of how they would look on my sofa which was brilliant. I have been in previously looking at tables & Chris was excellent to do a great team in Fenwicks! Highly recommend.

Viewed the item in Newcastle and follow up Customer service friendly and helpful, delivery was efficient with a choice of when to receive the item. THe quality of the rug is lovely although a little pricy compared to some similar items

Fantastic Service
Victoria in Fenwicks OKA Newcastle provided the most excellent customer experience. We were looking for a cushion to support my Mum's spine, and Victoria provided a full range for us to try, including varying cushion pad sizes. She provided an excellent and patient service throughout. We also bought a set of placemats/coasters, and again Victoria offered a number of options. A beautiful concession with first rate service. Highly Recommended.
