Shopping for interior pieces can be stressful, but Victoria made it effortless helping me choose a lovely sofa and cushions for my living room.
It's rare to find such genuine, personalized care these days,Oka is lucky to have such a lovely lady so if you're looking for someone who truly understands design, ask for Victoria.

Staff are a credit to Oka
Such friendly, helpful staff at Oka Fenwick Newcastle. Christopher and team made my visit a dream! Christopher went out of his way to help with my purchases.
The way they curate the space is fabulous, nothing is too much trouble even when busy.

Made buying a sofa painless
Staff overall, but particularly Chris the manager, were extremely helpful over several days, looking up options for me from the info I gave them.
Going that extra mile to ascertain what it was I was after and pointing out other possible options where they thought them appropriate. Couldn’t fault the service.

Excellent customer service from Victoria, the interior designer based in Oka, Fenwicks, Newcastle Upon Tyne.
Victoria has been a huge help, sourcing lampshades and bases for us. Ideas we would never have thought of without Victorias help.
The Oka concession in Fenwicks is magnificent, full of fabulous exciting items, a breath of fresh air from the usual bland items in John Lewis.....
